雷德沃斯大廳酒店(Redworth Hall Hotel- Part of the Cairn Collection)

Was good, staff were friendly and the service and food was good also.

Not worth it it very old fashioned hotel room very dark not enjoy it all sorry not for me

The property was nice overall, on arriving the staff, just reeled off directions to the building, there wasnt any ,personal questions, how are you today etc. The room 103 had bathroom door problems,warping at the bottom, the room was also next to the lift,so as u can guess ,there was noise .

Grosse déception concernant la piscine notamment ! Nous avons réservé cet hôtel principalement pour ça et malgré un hôtel annoncé family friendly, nous apprenons en arrivant à 17:30 que les enfants sont interdits à partir de 18:00 (ils ont même semblé hésité à nous laisser entrer et sont venus avant 18h dire qu'il fallait sortir) mais qu'ils y ont de nouveau accès de 8 à 10 le matin, en plein sur le créneau du petit déjeuner. Mettre le réveil pendant les vacances pour déjeuner en vitesse dans la chambre pour profiter un minimum de la piscine n'est pas ce à quoi on s'attend... Je leur ai signalé notre grande déception et l'absence d'informations concernant ces horaires : nous avons eu les traditionnelles excuses infos manager donc peu satisfaisant. Les parties communes sont vieillissantes et le personnel peu agréable, à l'exception du monsieur à l'accueil de la piscine qui était adorable. La chambre était rénovée et spacieuse quoique sombre pour celle avec le lit simple. La pression de l'eau dans la salle de bains est un vrai problème Les extérieurs sont agréables et le bâtiment est absolument magnifique

Booked on and when to bar for food Bar service was not great at all Food was not great - ended up going to petrol station down the road for chocolate Disappointed as needing a hotel in this area every month - nice room and clean Did and front desk reception not great at all

Always a memorable trip Spa and gym facilities really good Restaurant food is fabulous Friendly staff Will be back again
