was so bad i could not stay in it,stairs were steep going up to an attic room, dirty room , balcony not safe, owners would not give a refund , i would rather stay on the street than sleep there, next to tube station ,floor shook .overall felt very unsafe

位於地鐵隔壁，方便前往倫敦市中心，住了 1 晚，不像某些評論那麼糟糕，但可以進行更新。主人很愉快，樂於助人，因為我們提前 3 小時到達那里辦理入住手續，淋浴很棒 👍/。

Please don't stay at this Hotel its a real dirty bad run hotel how its aloud to trade is a joke i have reported it to relervent people with pictures and videos beds held up by books dirty cups beding toilet was dirty sheets had blood on them carpets not cleaned curtiens dirty warning this hotel needs closing down in my eyes ITS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES THEY ARE PUTTING UP TRUST ME AGAIN HOW IS THIS ALLOWED TO TRADE WHO OVER SEES THESE PLACE AS THEY ARE NOT DOING THERE JOBS AS OF MANY REVIEWS ITS GOT SAYING ITS A DIRTY HOLE

I wouldn’t let a dog stay here absolutely filthy tubes noise constantly thin wall needs a good Hoover and antibacterial wipe down everywhere mould fag burns in windows smelt disgusting shower was filthy no toilet rolls bed held up by books kettle was dirty cups had been used and unwashed would not advise anyone staying here at all I don’t even have a rating it was that bad dust absolutely everywhere pillows I inwashed and dirty aswell plug socket didn’t work walls so thin you can here others and the one next to me was noisy worse hotel/lodge ever keep you money in pocket or book somewhere the pictures they have on there website and booking places are not at all what there rooms are like it’s a scum den 🤮🤮KEEP YOUR MONEY

Room was small but adequate. Bathroom small and cramped but water was hot and shower worked with no issue. Clean sheets and fresh towels provided daily. Location was perfect as right next door to Turnham Green Tube station and 2 mins from Chiswick High street. The downside is that some may find the noise of the trains disturbing but it didn't bother us. Access to rooms via narrow stairs but not an issue for us. Great value for money budget place, fine for 1 or 2 nights with easy access to central London. Better than expected due to other reviews.

Really pleased with this hotel. Bed was comfy, shower was hot. Absolutely fine for the cost. Great location and very friendly. You are on chiswick Main Street within minutes. Was worried but if you expect a budget room then that is what it was.

After climbing the humbling staircase to being greeted at the welcoming desk buy a suitably chilled out receptionist I knew this would be a hotel that catered perfectly to the needs of someone who wanted an easy going place to stay. All the essentials are provided and the instant knowledge that you can feel comfortable without any judgement was obvious... Let alone the outstanding view of the local tube station, constantly bustling with the reality of deep city life. The room was comfortable and warm (wallpaper may not be to everyone's taste but hay ho) Also whilst looking through the window you could may see a very busy looking entrepreneur/business man who would spend his time in the lovely lane catering to the needs of people who can't get what they need from the high street. All in all I definitely recommend staying here if corporate overpriced accommodation run by capitalist slave drivers isn't your thing.... The hotel provides exactly what it says on the tin.. 5stars from me.
