扎扎休斯頓紀念城酒店(Hotel ZaZa Houston Memorial City)

不錯的酒店！床很舒服，房間很好，大小適中，工作人員很友好。衹停靠了一顆星星，因為泳池時間很奇怪，我們等了 15 多分鐘才有行李架結賬，當他們沒有顯示時，我們就自己把它拿下來了。

Mine and my wife's stay at Hotel ZaZa was a great "stay-cation" here in Houston. The lobby had a decadent aroma and check in was seamless. The room was beautifully decorated and having a balcony made for some additional amazing times. Be aware Valet parking is the only option available to guest.

When i checked in i was given a room that was very dark because a lamp and a wall light was not working. i called to have it fixed. The guy fixed the desk lamp and never returned to fix the wall light so it dark my entire stay. Most the staff had attitudes. I went to get my car and the valets kept passing by me as i was not there. I extended my ticket to a white valet he looked right at me and kept walking past me. I went to the restaurant and was the first one there.2 white men later came in before me and were greeted and served before me. The place was empty and i had to watch them serve these 2 guys over and over way before me. It was 7 am when i arrived and 8;20 or so before i got my cold food. In both cases i felt it was a color problem. Some of the staff was very nice. Overall i will not ever go here again. For the money i paid i was given a bad room and discriminated against. No value in that.

This hotel is very close to a major highway…the traffic noise is REALLY bad. We stayed in room 902 which faces the highway. I would recommend getting a room that’s far from the highway.

Fabulous pretty property. However we were MOST DISAPPOINTED with the NOISE LEVEL/Freeway traffic made it impossible to sleep due to noise. We will return to museum property Zaza location which was our original location

Poor customer service, front desk attendant yawning during check in, specifically requested a pool view and given a view of nothing but the highway, no instructions for parking provided, housekeeping repeatedly knocking and attempting to enter room well before check in.

Very beautiful and clean hotel, but for the price, we expected some amenities. The pool is not heated, the shuttle did not run on Sundays or until 11 or 12 on Monday morning, there wasn’t an ice machine on our floor, the room overlooked a large group of air conditioners (and that’s all you could see), we could hear the guests staying in the neighboring rooms, no turndown service was included like the previous time I stayed here, and someone knocked on the door at 8 AM. Overall, it is a lovely hotel if you are looking for a pretty, clean room with a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. But, if you are expecting more of an elevated experience, I would try elsewhere. We will be trying a different hotel next time for the price.

I absolutely loved the hotel. Friendly, unique, great decor, nice touches. Wished weather allowed us to use the fabulous pool. Great menu at restaurant. Didn't want to leave.

Always enjoy our stays at Zaza. This stay our selected room was not available so we were upgraded to a suite. We were blown away by how nice it was. Many thanks!
