AMAZING HOTEL! The Thompson Houston is a new addition to the luxury hotel market in Houston and it might be my new favorite hotel in Texas. The smell of aromatics is continuous throughout the entire hotel. Breakfast at Sol 7 was fantastic every morning. What sets this hotel apart from the rest are the team members. Omar and Eduardo always greeted us by name every time we entered and exited the hotel, always offering if they could be of assistance. Mary at the front desk is the kindest front desk agent you will find anywhere. My wife and I had the pleasure of experiencing the spa and Mary Kim was such a delight. We can't wait to enjoy the pool once it opens up. We are already planning our next trip back!

Omar was outstanding. He met us as we arrived and professional, friendly and personable. Omar is an excellent ambassador for the property. The rooms were impeccable and the mini bar/snack bar were adequately stocked. The view from the room looked out onto the downtown skyline and the kids loved just observing the hustle and bustle.

Taylynn from valley welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable and at home with her kind gestures and good service.Sol 7’s food is a chefs kiss!!! I got a mushroom burger because i wanted to try something different and was presently surprised by how good my food was.

Take videos and photos of the room and the so-called minibar as soon as you check into the room at this hotel because when you check out, they will falsely accuse you of “taking” items and charge your card without your knowledge for a premium price. If possible, stay somewhere else where guests are treated with dignity and respect.

Omar was Great customer service, very helpful n friendly, he really took his time to good out his way to help me n my wife with stuff we needed n shows, I get about the hotel room n what to do, n make us feel very comfortable settling in our room, we really appreciate his service n jester.

Annett was an absolute delight! The massage experience exceeded all expectations. From the soothing ambiance to the skilled hands of the masseuse, every moment was pure bliss. Tension melted away, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone in need of pampering and restoration. A truly exceptional massage experience!"

Amazing stay. Everything was so comfy and clean. Love the hotel layout. Check out is on the 7th (“994 which makes it very unique compared to other hotels. The entire check in team is great. Especially Mary and Jacob. Omar and Lju Bomir are great bellman.

Their personalized service made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. We can't wait to return to this hotel and experience the exceptional service once again.

It was a great and wonderful time with my family. It is my first time in the Thompson hotel and a brand new hotel in downtown by Allen Pkwy. The location is very convenient to many places. The hotel staff were very nice and the service great! I will come back.
