Property was fine. Staff and service was awful. I reserved and paid in full for this room via *******. When I arrived the hotel said they were unable to find my reservation despite showing my confirmation and my receipt. For 2 hours I talk between the hotel and ******* with no fix. ******* finally said they would issue a refund and I could book the room directly. Now the hotel / and ******* are refusing to keep there commitment. I paid 2 time for a room I used for only 3 hours. Extremely disappointed from lack of service for them both

The desk lady at night was nice. The first room they put me in had a soaking wet floor near the window and AC, so they moved me. The second room was better. The floor was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. There was someone else’s hair in my bed on the sheets. The bathroom was clean. The outlets by the bed were old and they couldn’t hold my phone charger so I had to charge the phone in the bathroom. I would give this place a 5/10, if wasn’t horrible but the floors in the room weren’t clean and the hallway floors were even worse. The hotel could use an upgrade. For the price, a good deal.

Staff was very nice, and helpful when I had questions. Everything was very clean. Room amenities are a little worn, but very comfortable. Had some loud families as neighbors, but overall it was an excellent experience. Would recommend as a great value for the price!

Nice establishment. Options other than all carbs for breakfast. There was an issue with our room's fan when we checked in and the desk clerk quickly fixed it for us - went the extra mile. Much appreciated.

Convenient location close to HOU airport. Friendly desk associate, and clean room. Toiletries were available, which was great since my overnight stay was unexpected.

Breakfast was fine and plentiful. Beds and room were clean and comfy. Only one pizza place deliver there, so plan on door dash otherwise.

We stayed here in 2022, and the one thing that we found different and somewhat troubling was the automated coffee/latte machine in the breakfast area. It was a little confusing to use and was also a little unreliable meaning cartridges had to be replaced and some delays in waiting for the water to get hot.

A convenient place to stay if you need to be near the airport. Rooms are clearly older, but not a bad night's stay. Young lady at front desk was very nice.
Major problems with hotel: 1) all the food vending they had was depleted. Had to order delivery (much more expensive); and no restaurants w/in walking distance. 2) we could never get in touch w/ hotel the week before, to reserve their shuttle back to airport (to catch our cruise transfer). Due to that, their shuttle had no room; we ended up paying a LOT to get a last-minute Uber to airport.
