It's a nice hotel; well maintained. Great location if you're going to Space Center, it's right across the street (walking distance). Also 15 min drive to Kemah Boardwalk. My 3 & 5 yo enjoyed both!

Felt the room was overpriced for what it was, but it is directly across from NASA. I did get a complimentary large cup of Starbucks coffee on the morning I checked out. That was nice. Bathroom had only a shower, and no tub.

We arrived around 11pm. Doors were locked and no one answered the phone that was available at the door for entry. A hotel guest finally let us in. We then could not find anyone to check us in. Then once in our room, it smelled like smoke.

The room wasn't very clean. Food crumbs were on the couch, the bathroom floor had hair and make-up, and the sink didn't drain well. But the staff were fantastic -- very helpful and professional. If the rooms were just cleaned and maintained better, it would be the perfect place to stay.

I will never stay here again. Checked in and room was 80’ would not cool. It was ordeal to get another room then saw bugs. Then coffee maker did not work this morning and I asked for comple

Our stay began with a difficult check in , waiting several minutes while the check in clerk kept going back to an office to check on something. We had requested a room at the back of hotel, which we did not get- and the clerk asked us to wait while she went up to "check on a room to see if it was clean". Not a great initial impression. We followed her up because we were in a time crunch for a dinner, and the room did not have feather free pillows as we requested. She also flushed the toilet, which obviously led us to believe the room had not been prepared for us ahead of time. Upon our check out and leaving a bag in the room, our subsequent phone call from the hotel was quite strange. We had told them that we had a hassle checking in to the hotel and the clerk accused us of calling her an "a-hole". I dont think she knew the meaning of the word hassle. Regardless, we will not be staying here again and hope they give their clerks better front desk training.

I did not like the fact that they did not advertise daily room cleaning. I had to go request towels and washcloths. The breakfast was basic and way overpriced. Good food though. My bed at first impression was comfortable, but it was hard and I developed a headache and backache over night. There was no added humidity, the room was dry.
