Horrible experience !! I landed at midnight I arrived at this Hotel tired from all day traveling, and when I checked in for my room I had Prepaid ( for the night of July 26 2023, one of the hotel employees/ manager his name is Brandon, informed me that they didn’t have any rooms that they sold out for a private event, I thought it was a joke, and I been loyal to the brand I am The highest status in their program but this is the way they do business, and regardless of the status they must honor your PREPAID RESERVATION, well not that was not the case, they sent us to a cheaper Hotel, not even King bed and that was our reservation, but seems that’s the norm today, the find always loopholes to do ilegal stuff, if is convenient for them big corporations they can basically kick you out at midnight.. and they said sorry for the inconvenience… thats it. For sure we will NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY I found this but again.. is a Joke the legally can say sorry, we got better offer and we give your room prepaid away. “I've prepaid for my room (a guaranteed reservation), can a hotel refuse to give me a room? If you've prepaid for your room, it is guaranteed and the hotel must give you the room you paid for, even if you show up late. If the hotel does not have a room for you, then it has breached your contract and must provide you with a reasonable substitute. This means that they may end up having to send you to another hotel, even if it is more expensive, and pay for the transportation - even the phone call to let people know you've switched hotel” it was very annoying poor management, and is clear they are hungry for the money like many companies today, they operate like that they don’t really care. Marriott is one of my preferred hotel chains and thus far this location had the best customer service across the board. The time of day, person, or job title did not matter. The staff was amazing! The room was clean, updated, and everything worked. Location is in the middle of everything. Hot tub worked and was nice. The indoor pool area and patio are eyesores. It all worked out because the pool is under maintenance and we had access to the pool and patio at the Westin across the street and that made it. From there you can watch the sun set and once the sun goes down it’s perfect! Bodega Taco Shop nearby was delicious as was the Chicken Fried Chicken at Curate inside of the hotel. Overall my stay was fabulous and I’ll be staying again!

I had surgery at the adjoining Methodist Hospital and we chose this Marriott location for convenience. The front desk staff were professionals, and the room was perfect: clean and very comfortable. We had a high floor with a beautiful view. The restaurant downstairs was closed for some reason so we ate at at the bar, but the food was quite good. The only glitch was that there was a charge for valet parking and we did not use their parking garage/service. This is understandable because I suspect that the vast majority of their guests use the valet parking. As soon as I caught this I called the front desk and they removed the charge immediately. We really scored getting to stay at such a comfortable and pleasant hotel the night before my procedure and then just walk over to the hospital the next morning inside the cool, air conditioned skyway linking the buildings.

我和兒子在休士頓參加音樂會。我不熟悉到達會場的最佳方式，當我辦理入住時，我向前台服務員詢問瞭如何使用共乘。安妮給了我一個更好的選擇！她解釋說，地鐵就在我們飯店外面，只需象徵性的費用即可在幾分鐘內到達您所在的地點。安妮很有禮貌，非常樂於助人，而且個性非常愉快。她讓我們的住宿變得不同！
