Horrible experience !! I landed at midnight I arrived at this Hotel tired from all day traveling, and when I checked in for my room I had Prepaid ( for the night of July 26 2023, one of the hotel employees/ manager his name is Brandon, informed me that they didn’t have any rooms that they sold out for a private event, I thought it was a joke, and I been loyal to the brand I am The highest status in their program but this is the way they do business, and regardless of the status they must honor your PREPAID RESERVATION, well not that was not the case, they sent us to a cheaper Hotel, not even King bed and that was our reservation, but seems that’s the norm today, the find always loopholes to do ilegal stuff, if is convenient for them big corporations they can basically kick you out at midnight.. and they said sorry for the inconvenience… thats it. For sure we will NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY I found this but again.. is a Joke the legally can say sorry, we got better offer and we give your room prepaid away. “I've prepaid for my room (a guaranteed reservation), can a hotel refuse to give me a room? If you've prepaid for your room, it is guaranteed and the hotel must give you the room you paid for, even if you show up late. If the hotel does not have a room for you, then it has breached your contract and must provide you with a reasonable substitute. This means that they may end up having to send you to another hotel, even if it is more expensive, and pay for the transportation - even the phone call to let people know you've switched hotel” it was very annoying poor management, and is clear they are hungry for the money like many companies today, they operate like that they don’t really care.
