Pros: the staff are phenomenal. We stayed one night here after getting off a cruise before catching a flight the next day. They let us check in waaay earlier than they needed to and we were so grateful. Even the housekeeper checked on us to see even we needed anything. Really helpful, friendly and kind staff. The beds were comfortable and the room was set to a nice temperature. Free breakfast and shuttle to the airport, which even with traffic around the terminal didn’t take us long. Cons: lots of noise. You can hear traffic all night long, which sucks. If people are talking in the room next to you, you’ll hear it. We heard music up until about 11:00-11:30 which really ******. I couldn’t tell if it was a neighbour or if there was some kind of event. The toilet in our room was constantly running, but since it was just a one night stay, it didn’t really matter I suppose. The bathroom also had a large section of mold in the ceiling so not ideal. It is definitely a dated hotel room. Overall, for a quick stop over to catch a flight, I’d probably stay here again. The price was great and honestly I can’t say enough with how fantastic the employees were. I likely wouldn’t stay here for more then one night.

The air conditioner needs to be serviced. The TV had a red line running through the center of the screen. With 2 quest checking in why do you guys only issue 3 washcloths? The ceiling fan was loud. The bed was uncomfortable. Ice machine on either floor did not work.

Hot tub was down. Tv did not link to cable when turned on, had to use manual buttons on tv to switch inputs every time. Key card was not intrinsically user friendly. Cable was in and out.

Someone that worked at the hotel randomly opened the door to our room. They had a fire code violation citation placed on the front door. Gated parking is great, but the gates were left open a lot. Very clean in the room and beds weren’t bad.

Decent hotel … good option for layover at Hoyston plus free airport shuttle! Of special mention is Ms Asarail at front desk … cheerful, helpful and very kind!!

Everything was good. Checking fast. Clean . Staff good. The only think not satisfied was breakfasts. Essential ingredient are missing on my 3 days there. In general we enjoyed the time there.

I stay here everytime i visit my family. The staff is always courteous with great customer service. I love the room and location.

This Holiday Inn was very clean, the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel and the free shuttle within 5 miles was great!
