休斯頓萊斯大學萬怡酒店(Courtyard Houston Rice University)

The first room I had the shower didn’t work. Moved to a second room, hot water in sink, no hot water in the shower. Had to wash my hair in the small sink, but the shampoos were mounted on the wall in the shower so I had to set my hair, walk in the shower to get shampoo, rinse, back to shower for conditioner.. not good

I’ve stayed here before, and it remains safe, clean, quiet, and well run, with friendly and helpful staff. My room was spacious, very clean, with all of the usual amenities. I have no complaints and I believe it’s a very good value for the price. Many restaurants and stores nearby, with easy access to the Southwest Freeway (a/k/a Highway 59).

Beds still creak. They were redone several years ago and have creaked since then. Tubs need to be updated to showers. Thanks for still having closets.

Did not get the room type I paid for. I paid for a queen bed and a pull out bed. All I got was the queen so basically people had to sleep on the floor. Hotel say they were book out andI can't get the room with the right amont of bed so I got a handicap room.

Good location, good food spots close by. Property itself needs a little TLC on ceilings on 3rd floor.

The lobby and commom area have the nice contemporary design, but the room was rather dated (and small) No one was at the front desk when we arrived at around 7pm. There was no bell/phone to ring/call. Luckily, we waited for about 5-10mins for a staff to acknowledge us and looked for the front desk for us (which took and other 5-10mins). Check-in process was easy. It was a decent hotel for a one night stay but then later on in the evening it got noisy for a while. A bit disappointing as Marriott brands are usually better than this.

Horrible service, and rude manager. Better hope everything goes perfect or you'll run into a nightmare.

The hallways were so hot I was afraid my room would be hot. It wasn’t hot but it wasn’t as cool as the thermostat said it should be. I asked the front desk which way to walk to McDonald’s they both just shrugged their shoulders and told me they don’t live in the area. FYI McDonald’s is .3 miles away at the corner of the road to the hotel from the airport

It was mostly fine but the original booking included a sitting area sofa. With three adults, we had hope to use that as an extra bed. It was a bit crowded. Also, very disappointed that there is a parking fee now. It used to be free.
