休斯頓醫療中心NRG公園Residence Inn 酒店(Residence Inn Houston Medical Center/NRG Park)

The staff, in particular the breakfast crew are fantastic! So friendly and helpful. I loved our room.. very clean and spacious and modern. The shower was awesome the water on the tin drain sounded like. “Calm app” . A short overnight but I would definitely come here again. A bit sketchy feeling outside the hotel but parking is locked and hotel is well staffed so I was not concerned once on the property

Excelente ubicación cerca del distrito de museos. Varias opciones de restaurantes cercanos. Supermercado, algunas tiendas cercanas. La habitación excelente. Hay un cobro de 9usd por estacionamiento que no se comenta en Orbitz pero no me aprecio tampoco muy alto. Alberca interior climatizada. Se veía muy bien aunque no la usamos esta vez Junto a la alberca hay lavandería y gimnasio Tener restaurante en la tarde noche es un plus El desayuno bastante bueno (incluido) Volveríamos sin duda

Staff was friendly. Answered any questions I had. Made sure I got a room with walk in shower. All of that and not one employee had that attitude that you get from todays younger generation. Will stay here for now on when we come to MD Anderson , which is about 2 miles away. Breakfast was great as well. Very pleased with our entire experience.

We stayed at this property for the Beyoncé concert and this was by far the best hotel to stay at if you want to be very close to the NRG stadium. We were able to walk to and from the concert with ease. The area surrounding the property is a little unsafe but the property itself is clean, well kept and the service and staff were amazing. They serve a full breakfast which is included in your price as well. The room was huge and included everything you would need including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and soap conditioner and shampoo. I would definitely choose this location again if I ever need to get to the NRG stadium quickly.

Atendimento no check in e no check out pessimos. Quarto amplo porem sem limpeza diaria.Cafe da manha bom. Estacionamento pago por dia, na propriedade, seguro e coberto. Academia ok.

This Hotel is why my family and I are now switching from Hilton to Marriott. Everything from the suite to customer service was excellent. The only I didn't like was the location of the shower handle. We are now a MARRIOTT HOTEL member. This HOTEL in Houston made it so. I have spoken to family members all ready to go here whenever they visit Houston! Customer satisfaction 10/10!!!

Excelente Hotel, Mu amable el personal en especial Delmy Jovel en zona de desayuno, Lo hacen sentir en casa. Suite muy buena. De emergencia tuvimos que hacer reservación debido a pésimas instalaciones de Extended Stay S. Braesswood. La atención acogedora. Muchas felicitaciones. Volveremos la próxima vez y recomendaremos amigos
