Very nice location and service, with shuttle bus back and forth service, even with cold water in the shuttle bus provided.

A/C in the room was not working. They fixed it at 11:30PM. Took 2 more hours to cool the room after fixed. Room service was knocking at the door at 8 AM and 9AM after being told not to. Bath shower walls had black mold in between tiles and around fixtures. Toilet would get stuck and not fill sometimes.

On arrival there was no running water in the rooms. We were there for a dance competition and the ballroom was so hot it was unbearable to stay in very long as an audience member. I can’t imagine how the performers felt being on stage under the lights with the room already being hot. They allowed for a 1:00 checkout for which the room keys deactivated at 11:00 and when I went to my room to grab something the housekeeper had already gone in the room and started cleaning. Had thrown away all of our snacks and food in the room and thrown away a couple other bags we had still in the room with personal property in them one being a gift for a fellow dancer. The experience was awful to say the least especially for the price paid. They also refused to give us our breakfast coupon for the one person included breakfast that was on our reservation.

In great need of updating and repair from the sidewalk leading to entrance (near pool) to room where the tub that was peeling inside. The popcorn ceiling low and dirty. Room extremely humid even with thermostat set low.

Bathtub had the coating peeling up where you stand in it. Air conditioner was blowing cold air when the fan was turned on low so it ended being 58 degrees when the thermostat was set to 67. The cover to the unit fell off on Sunday night while watching the football game, my husband was able to get it out back on and stay. Sheets weren’t comfortable anytime someone rolled over it sounded like plastic rustling so for light sleepers, it woke us up each time one of the 3 of us told over. The first night we only received 2 towels for 3 people staying in the room. The next morning when the cleaning crew came they did provide us with 4 towels. Hotel itself was nice. Kind of expensive for the meals prepared though. $18 for a buffet that is just a normal continental breakfast. Wasn’t worth spending the $36 for 2 people to eat. Ended up spending over $45 after adding an individual meal for our son. Probably won’t stay here again.

el idioma es limitado las recepcionistas no estan en su lugar la alberca super fría la habitación las camas cómodas pero muy ruidosas mucho ruido se escuchan los vecinos y pasillos se supone que es un hotel cerca al aeropuerto y debe tener habitaciones insonoras

Our room was in much needed help. The hot water in bathroom sink had to be turned on, the heater was at 59degrees. A repair man came to fix heater which only heater the room for 3/4 hours then returned to 59 degrees. There was a 6-7 inch gap in bathtub that needed repair. I can’t recommend this hotel, especially at the price. A total ripoff.
