Good price Best location Good service Kindly welcome

I booked this hotel because of the price and the location. We were coming in from Florida and heading to NASA in the morning. Our flight was delayed so we didn't get in until about 9:15 pm. Maybe that's a good thing because the hotel is stuck in the past. The decor was super old, the pool was filthy, and it smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere. Furthermore, the staff wasn't very approachable. When asking whether we just left the keys in the box to check out, the man at the counter rolled his eyes at me like I should have known that. I'm glad we only stayed the night and not a minute longer. I don't know how the brand Wyndham is attached to this location.

This property needs major renovations. It simply was not clean enough for me to even consider staying again. The top sheets were stained possibly from heat. I was too afraid to sleep under the covers, but I did ***** down the bed before leaving, and I’m certain the sheets beneath the mattress cover were NOT CLEAN. The attendant was nice enough, but this is not a place that I would stay again.

We stayed 4 nights, 5 days and only received housekeeping 1 day. We asked why and they said due to shortage of staff. This should have explained this when we booked. Also rooms were not as nice as the ones that were on their website. The lady at the front desk was rude and the breakfast was horrible. We had breakfast elsewhere.

Es triste ver cómo un hotel con excelente ubicación frente a NASA este tan deteriorado, nos hemos hospedado ahí varios años pero definitivamente ya no lo haremos, hay cucarachas, se ve viejo y teníamos que solicitar que nos limpiaran porque no lo hacen todos los días. Estuvimos 6 noches y solo nos limpiaron en dos ocasiones. En el desayuno solo hay waffles, cereal y pan.

The property was quite that's a plus But the toilet ran all night, the television didn't show. I thought Wyndham hotels served meat and eggs for breakfast that's part of the reason for me staying at Wyndham hotels and if not please let me know

Las toallas y cobijas estaban muy viejas y sucias al igual que la habitación en general. En el desayuno no hay ni siquiera agua. La empleada de la recepción es una persona muy grosera. Nunca recomendaría esta propiedad, mi experiencia fue horrible.
