強烈建議攜程下架這家酒店！簡直是難以想象的差！！整個酒店有一種難聞的味道，要不是空調系統發黴了，要不是重新裝修的材料不環保，要不然就是放了農葯什麼的，總之是一種特別難聞的味道！！而且房屋老舊，燈和插座都非常少。免費的早餐就是兩個熱水壺裡的咖啡和熱水，然後幾塊餅乾。特別指出那空調真是拖拉機制造廠製造的，轟隆隆的絕對嚇死你！

I had booked 2 rooms for which I had a confirmation, on arrival they told me they only had 1 room booked, I showed them my confirmation and they said they had nothing to do with a third party booking. I had no choice but to pay for an extra room which was not up to standard at all. Very disappointing.

Great experience! There's a McDonald's and Starbucks nearby, and across the street, you can visit the NASA Houston Center. The air quality is excellent, and you can even go for a morning run to the park by the bay. In terms of accommodation, having a small kitchen is what I wanted. This living situation would cost double in other hotels. Just as long as you don't mind skipping breakfast, it's perfect.

The location of the hotel was great.....But when the notice said check in at 3pm, and the thing is we arrived at 2:30pm and the manager at the property made us wait until exactly 3pm to check in. Not a minute sooner.....We had two rooms the bathrooms in both rooms were not clean. Plus on the last day we were get ready to check out one of the maids just came in our room without knocking. Not Good. I know I will not stay at this Hotel again.

booked a room with 2 double beds on *******—when we arrived we were informed they did not have the room we requested—They offered to send us to another location —then they offered a deluxe double bed room — not free.

From the front of the house to the cleanliness of the rooms, hallways and lobby this Extended Stay NASA impressed around every corner. We checked in late and the courtesy of the front desk manager was so welcoming. I wish I could recall the names (worked night shift Friday, May 19 and in the morning of May 20th, the morning front desk attendant was exceptional as well. Staff was rude. Property was dirty. They turned the internet off hours before check out. They (and *******) advertised breakfast which were packaged muffins and granola bars. Very disappointed
