I travel for work half the month and will not be staying at aloft. I requested a double queen room and when I walked in, noticed my view was a brick wall. The manager and staff informed me they can switch my rooms but views are limited. The staff never got back to and even told me they do something for my troubles. I never received anything. When I booked the room , I added breakfast and told the front desk person I would like to order food. They told me I don’t have breakfast and I had to call ********** and have them call the front desk to inform them I had breakfast. I ended up getting charged 50$ for breakfast and even one day was not able to eat because there was none in the kitchen to make breakfast. I told the manager to cancel my order because I was going to be late for work: Overall, I am not happy with the quality of the room because there NO NATURAl light whatsoever coming in: the customer service is terrible and nobody follows up with their promise. I called to get the breakfast adjusted yesterday and was promised a new receipt and I am yet to obtain that. You have to call multiple times and follow up, which I do not have time on a business or leisure trip for that matter! Save your money and go somewhere else.
