休斯頓市中心避風港套房酒店(Haven Inn & Suites Downtown Houston.)

we booked a suite with double king beds and the reviews i read before booking did not disappoint!! the room was extremely clean and the we had no issues. the staff at the front desk was very friendly and the breakfast was great! we will definitely book again when in the area.

We stayed because the reviews said it was very clean, I have severe Asthma and can't stay just anywhere. It was VERY clean and will stay here again on our next trip to Texas from Tennessee.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind in einem Top Zustand! Gerade das Bad hat uns gut gefallen. Wir konnten an einem Tag die maschinelle Reinigung der Matratzen in den anderen Zimmern sehen, das hat den Eindruck noch bestätigt. Das Continental Breakfast hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Gute Auswahl an Gerichten! Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und äußerst zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tuve una buena experiencia en este hotel. Me impresionó la limpieza y la calidad de todo. El cuarto fue limpísimo. También el hotel proporcionó necesidades como cepillo de dientes y pasta dental. Realmente este hotel es excelente. Muchas gracias por una estancia muy agradable.

I paid $135 per night to stay on a Friday and Saturday with the total being over $330 for a 2 night stay. From the pictures it looked to be acceptable. This is more of a $60 per night motel due to rooms being out dated, restrooms out dated, bed out dated, furniture out dated. Walls had paint chips, damage, head board was damaged, restroom walls chipping to the paint. Like I said this would be in the $60 per night hotel room not $135 range. The neighborhood is bad, (ghetto). The staff was extremely nice. I tried getting out of the stay but was unable to due to not paying extra for the insurance. I would not stay again it was a cheap motel not $135 Hotel as advertised.

The room was very clean and in excellent condition. It was surprisingly quiet to be next to a busy highway. The parking lot was well lit.

I resented being told at check in that there couldn’t be another person in the room even though i specifically asked for two persons in i the room. I was also informed that I would need to supply HER identification when Jane arrived from the airport. Totally embarrassing and somewhat humiliating. I had asked for a handicap (roll in)shower that was not supplied or even discussed as I have a bad back. I did not even stay in the room and I left it locked just as it was found. I didn’t appreciate being given restrictions and limitations that weren’t stated on site . All this when I paid for the room in Advance. I feel this should be posted in their listing.I did this as a birthday gift and it put a down tone on the surprise

The agent would not check me in and now I’m having to wait 72 hours for a refund.
