I read the reviews before booking, and was pleased to find all the positive things I had read were TRUE. Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here, however I do have two negative comments. DO NOT EAT IN THE RESTAURANT!! I ordered rib eye steak which was so fatty I left more than 3/4. Mashed potatoes were cold, as was the broccoli Dinner cost just about $100 and was not worth it! Conversely, the breakfast buffet was wonderful, Food was hot, good variety, fresh pastries. My second complaint, rock and roll music at 7:30 in the morning was just horrible. Bad enough to be subjected to jangling music during dinner, but at breakfast, really??

I needed a separate bedroom and the suite was perfect for the money. Pool, fitness, jacuzzi were all very clean and nice. The staff was super- friendly and helpful. Easy parking, spacious lobby area, nice clean rooms with a very comfortable bed and thick towels. I had zero complaints over 2 nights, which is unusual for me lol!

Our stay at the DoubleTree, Columbia MD was pleasant and comfortable. I was disappointed to find that although I reserved a king bed, there were none available at check-in. It appeared the hotel oversold king rooms. Nevertheless, our room was clean and the two queen beds were comfortable. This was a one night stay to connect with family in the area.

We noted: very friendly staff, generous use of air freshener in the hallways, many rooms view the lobby instead of outdoors, fridge but no microwave in the room, bathroom fan runs continuously but the desk will reveal the secret to turning it off. overall impression - underwhelming for the price

This was our 12th out of 14th years of coming to the M3 Rock Festival. Most of our stays have been here! Free shuttle to concert. Free hot cookies! Friendly staff. Pool. Hot Tub. Bar. Restaurant. Clean!!

The restaurant staff was excellent! I was traveling by myself and they made it a point to learn my name, and talk to me every time they saw me. Their names were Meaza, Irene and Angela. I will remember these friendly ladies and their hospitality. I was truly blessed! The only thing that was out of operation, was one of the elevators. It didn't bother too much since the other one was operational.

The hotel itself is very nice. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean and working. Room was nice and temperature control was easy. We grabbed dinner at the hotel restaurant just because it was there. It was ok. Expensive just like you would expect a hotel restaurant to be, but the food was just meh. Not bad, but I wouldnt call it good either. Stay away from the shrimp scampi. Its just a few shrimp tossed on top of bland spagetti noodles.

Room floor was dirty, bathroom wasn’t clean . Breakfast free but no coffee cups.I waited 15 minutes and give up for coffee. Noisy customers and old hotel wasn’t worth my $245 per night…. Very disappointed

The front desk staff and bar staff were all very friendly and kind. Our complaint concerns the noise of the heat/AC unit, which was very loud, and the bed, which slanted down at the head (and made us feel as though our feet were higher than our head, a strange feeling).
