房間很好，但是當我躺在床上🥲我被咬了，我不知道這是不是用來洗的肥皂，但是我的皮膚髮癢，像瘋了似的

I always enjoy staying here. The rooms are big and clean. The pool is nice. The only issue is, the fire alarm has went off on two different stays. Once was a malfunction and the other there was smoke and flooded the downstairs, and it went off twice that night. Didn’t help with getting our little one back to sleep. Made for a long night. But overall satisfied with this location.

For the price I paid I expected more. First, there weren’t any remotes for the tvs. Whatever, didn’t really matter. The water pressure was horrendous. I could barely take a shower. I’m not even sure I got all the soap off me. I guess I’ll find out if it rains and I start bubbling.

We booked a king suite for ourselves and another for our son and his wife. Wow! When we checked in, they couldn't get us together, because of our room types, but we were above and below each other right next to the stairwell, which was great. The rooms were above and beyond, spectacular. Wow! So spacious and so comfortable. The rooms faced the road, so there was some traffic noise, but it definitely died down at bedtime and certainly didn't keep us from sleeping. Breakfast was great. Lots of options and they were always replenishing. This was a great area with lots of dining options close by. We will definitely return.

Property was very clean and everything was in excellent shape. Carpets were being cleaned during our stay which was inconvenient due to it being a holiday but it was minimally intrusive and well executed. My only suggestion would be to have more garbage cans in the suites or bigger cans. Our 2 garbage cans were the size of ice buckets so always full. Other than those minor things it was a great stay and I’d highly recommend this hotel!

The heater was very loud, and the water was not too warm. In addition, we ended needing to leave early due to an injury unrelated to the hotel and they were unwilling to work on any sort of refund for that night we didn't stay.

It was ok. The tub was clogged and water was filling up to your ankles. GROSS! There were very little drawers to put clothes away and NO CLOSET. Had to live out of suitcase for the trip

When checking in For my pre-booked 2 night stay I was told maid service was available by request only so we did not request maid service the next morning, so the next morning the maid unlocks our door and walks right back n without even announcing and I had only just put my pants on and my wife was still not dressed in the bathroom and the maid immediately turned around and walked out. I called the front desk to inquire about what had just happen to be told I was only booked for a one night stay and they shows me already checking out !? I let them know I was not happy, told them I had booked room for 2 nights and could come right to the r front desk to show my email confirmation and they declined and said don’t worry we will fix it and they were sorry. I advised that I was not happy about the experience and they need to let maid staff know they need to knock and announce before entering rooms and I was told ok. I did not feel in any way satisfied with the way this happened and I was not followed up with by management, completely ruined our stay for me and my wife especially as she did not feel safe or secure after that, we are both still furious by the way this happened and especially how it was handled or should I say not handled!

Maria at the Inn was wonderful: friendly, above-and-beyond helpful, clearly happy as an employee.
