A beautiful and stylish resort nested in a lush tropical setting in a quiet and authentic neighborhood just outside Hue. The very efficient, polite and friendly staff provide a perfect service. Comfortable, spacious and very pleasant rooms. Plentiful, well attended breakfast with an very satisfying and complete choice of food options. Big, beautiful and very pleasant pool. The staff kindly but firmly make sure the rules are respected to keep the place quiet and pleasant for everybody. The complimentary 30 minutes spa therapy is a pleasant plus. Kindly upgrade on my second stay. Nothing to fault this lovely place really. Thank you Xin Chao for the kind supervision of my reservation and stay. Looking forward to my next stay at the wonderful Pilgrim Village.

Nice hotel in the center of Hue, within walking distance of walking street & the imperial city. Try the spa, the treatments are really good but spa bed’s are among the best in the world.

Avoid this hotel. It is very far from the centre, rooms are nice and breakfast was good however the bad outweighs the good. The hotel, despite having security on the door, let a random Vietnamese woman into the hotel - she came towards me to ask where I was from and sat next to me in the hotel reception, and was extremely threatening and creepy - clearly up to something with suspicious behaviour. The hotel did not know ‘who she was’ and said the woman had just said she was waiting for a guest, however it seemed like she was trying to steal my bag. What is the point in having security to just let people in off the street to wait in the hotel? Very disappointing that they let someone like this hang around what I thought was a safe space. We also booked this hotel for the gym, pictures attached as advertised vs reality, I mean how fake can you get?

雖然離市中心很近，但很安靜。 房間寬敞乾淨。水域寬敞，但沒有浴缸。工作人員很有禮貌而且令人愉快。 自助早餐種類很多，以這個價位的飯店來說，入住滿意度還是很高的。 房間內隨時提供橡膠涼鞋，但遺憾的是，我們無法滿足一次性拖鞋的要求。
