The service was absolutely amazing, after our last experience I called ahead of time and asked to be moved away from the interstate and we were moved. The location is perfect, the rooms and entire property were clean as always. The pool was perfect!

At the time of booking in June, they advertised a free shuttle service from the airport. When I called today to be picked up, I was told that they don’t offer it at the IAH location. Staff at the airport told me that some hotels falsely advertise shuttle service so they get more reservations. I see that they no longer mention this service on the Booking website. I would have appreciated receiving a message from the hotel to say that they did not intend to provide the service they had advertised.

I liked that the free breakfast menu changed each morning and was delicious. Plus the extended breakfast hour from 6 to 10. The only thing that I did not like was that the website advertized free shelter shuttle bus service to and from the airport, that wasn't so. This was a little inconvenient because I return my rental car a day early depending on the shuttle bus ride and not having the hassle of returning the car and rushing for my early flight the next morning with 2 little ones in tow.

We had a very nice stay here. The Location of the Hotel could not have been in a more convenient location. Deer Brook Mall was only a half a mile away plus all the restaurants all around the area and really close to Stetsons Nightlife where an Uber there and back was less than $20. Plus the Pool was nice, very clean and not overly chlorinated.

Good for my overnight layover. They give a free continental breakfast in the morning. Bed was comfy which I needed while travelling. Bathroom was clean. If you like shopping the mall isnt far if you uber, as well as restaurants. Will use again if im in the area

The Hampton in Humble is not in the best of areas safety-wise, but that's balanced by how close to the airport it is for flying in and out. It's also a 4 minute drive to good restaurants across the freeway. An older property, this Hampton is well kept. Bathtubs had been refinished with a sandy non-slip surface and there was no mold. Bed was great and both room and common areas were very clean. Motel room AC units are always noisy. I knew this, so brought ear plugs. The breakfast included was among the best for this kind of hotel--waffles, eggs, sausage and extras. It's a great budget option for those arriving late or departing early from IAH airport.

The front desk lady Courtney was exceptional . Professionalism, courteous, outgoing. She deserves a raise I know that weekend was very busy for here during the AAU Basketball tournament but she kept everything A1.

Buyer beware! hotel does NOT offer airport shuttle. ******* is falsely advertising airport shuttle. Reason is they have no shuttle driver. No apology or goodwill offered. Had we known they were not selling themselves correctly we would not have booked this hotel! Uber to airport was around $20 Our room overlooked the highway which was noisy. Staff did not offer a room in the back of hotel away from the noise. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was ok. I would not stay at this hotel again due to the airport shuttle issue.

I have stayed at the location on three different dates and in three different rooms. And better mattresses could placed in the rooms. Outside of that, everything was great, and I would stay at the location again.
