亨特斯維爾凱藝酒店-近諾曼湖的評價

Very shabby and worn. The first room we were assigned was difficult to get into. One key card does not work at all and the other one required pushing the door so hard I thought the door was still locked. Other people had the same problem. The room itself had no heat and no phone. We got another room and it was light on toiletries and towels. There was a big hole in the carpet and a corner of one of the beds was chewed up like mice would do. It was probably from a dog or cat from a previous tenant but not very appealing. Tub was stained and unappealing. Breakfast selection was minimal. The beds were not very comfortable and the soda machine had no diet soda. I definitely don't recommend this place.
