Excellent time with best views and beautiful restaurants.

Propriété bien localisée, facile d’accès avec un design moderne. Le spa pourrait être rénové, les espaces et équipements contrastent avec le reste de l’hôtel. Enfin, l’expérience aurait méritée une 5 eme étoile si les chambres étaient mieux insonorisées. Le bar et patinoire avoisinants sont très bruyants… malgré les efforts de l’hôtel de nous relocaliser la nuisance sonore surtout en fin de semaine ont ternis le séjour.

Everyone was SUPER helpful and accommodating when we got to the site early (I had an appointment in the area). From when we pulled in for valet, our bell hop, and front desk representative, we felt so welcomed and everyone looked so happy to work there! And it got even better when we got to our room! The room and amenities were so great. The only downside was that I could only stay one night!!! I will be back!

It was so LOUD. The music was one thing but the party goers screaming yelling laughing talking outside our hotel room door was so loud from1:00AM til 4:00am up and down the hallways outside our door was horrible . We got no sleep.

We were on the second floor with partial ocean view but had a full pool view and bar view. The hotel was definitely clean and the staffs were friendly. My favorite part is that it is pet friendly and the restaurants were pet friendly and they even had a pet menu.

Nice property across from the beach. Limited restaurant options due to closure of their main restaurant. Daily resort fee of $40, $150 pet cleaning fee and $48 expensive parking seems to be unjustified and knocks this down a star.

Hotel did not honor our platinum status with a free room upgrade. Even though I asked for the room upgrade, the front desk attendant smirked and said I had already paid and upgraded myself to an ocean view. I checked and the hotel is only partially full and there are plenty of upgraded rooms available.

The 1500. Night suite was a sad stay. The fold out bed we were told was needing a new mattress and yet we spent this kind of money on a old deteriorated one. The furniture had rust all over chairs. Balcony was dirty with old cigar butts. I did say something when we checked out and was told they new the mattresses were old and needing replacement. The noise level from a event was not fun to listen to the bace sound well into the night. Just not a room to relax in.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. We had two oceanfront rooms that were clean and well stocked. Everything was great until we tried to go to bed. We had no idea there would be a DJ that plays until 2 am right outside your door. At 11 pm when I called the front desk I was told that guests with ocean view rooms are informed of the noise. That is absolutely not true. And when I say it was loud that is an understatement. Even with earplugs and a white noise machine the base poured right into our room. I have never felt so angry in a high end hotel. The spa like vibe they advertise could not be farther from the truth at night.

From the moment we pulled up the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The bathroom was dirty and there were stains on the robe. The price to stay in this hotel seems to be high enough you would think you cooks at least park for free but a fifty dollar valet charge is literally the only option. It just felt very contrived and other than the convenient location, there was nothing that even met my expectations.

The valet drivers smacked my rental car! They would not own up to it! Why did I get charged for parking when the valet team hit something with my rental car?Why do you charge your guests for parking? No one should have to pay for parking when they’re paying to stay at such an “elite resort”.

La mayoría de las veces me he quedado aquí pero ya van varias veces que nos toca gente fundando , esta vez nos dieron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada con gente adentro. La otra habitación que nos dieron la chapa de entrada no servía mal servicio y muy caro.

Hardly slept because of mold in the room. The smell was awful. The hotel is nice but our experience with the mold made our stay not worth it. We got parking and resort fee paid by the hotel.

The hotel Over charging for services !Bay saying that computers system doesn’t work properly!
