服務員不好，先給了一個最把頭的普通房，窗外就是大門口的門廊，景觀被遮了一般，後來説加錢換湖景房，結果給了另一個把頭的湖景房，可以看到湖的一角，酒店沒有什麼客人，房間都是空着的，可服務員確給最差的房，我想估計因為攜程是中國的公司吧，這個酒店服務差評！

Hidden valley has so much potential. Location is great and right in the heart of Muskoka. But place is so run down. Nearly all of the resort is visibly broke. Or extremely outdated. Basketball court and tennis is essentially just a concrete slab. The entire place is dirty and smells. The restaurant is gross and old and no one goes. They leave the restaurant door open for guests to enter in an out which is open all night. Hence why there are flies everywhere. If they put 10k into this place it would be so much better.
