It's a Hard NO from me! N There was no greeting or smile at check in. No coffee or tea in the room or lobby. While entering my room I had to use all my might to open the metal door. It stuck as did all the other doors in the hotel.My new sweater was snagged on the metal piece sticking out. It now has a hole Pics below, a real safety hazard from this rusty metal danger. People above me were banging on the metal door & the floor all night. I called the front desk @ 2:30 & they said the front desk is open 7-11 we're closed & he hung up on me. I didn't get any sleep & then slept in loosing 3 hours of my day feeling tired, nauseated, headache & didn't enjoy my day because I was so tired. In the morning I talked to the desk & they didn't care in the least. She said she'd look at the security cameras.On check out he was dismissive & rude. I again talked to them about the doors that wouldn't close, the dangerous door that ruined my sweater & the noise. Again they said they would review the cameras. Didn't do me much good 2 days later on check out.No remorse, apology. Nothing. No service, No kindness & no hospitality. I cancelled my last night & only stayed 2 of the 3 nights. Anytime someone goes in or out of their room you have to slam & use all your weight to close it & pull your back & shoulder out when opening.Therefore you hear this loud heavy metal door every time anyone in a room above, beside & below leaves. You will not get any rest , kindness. respect or hospitality here. Pic 7 shows sweater damage

Nous étions déçus, car dans les photos, l'endroit semblait avoir une belle ambiance et sur une grande propriété. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos! Heureusement que nous sommes arrivés avant 23h, sinon personne n'aurait pu faire notre check-in. La chambre était spacieuse, mais il n'y avait pas de place pour mettre nos valises à part de les mettre parterre. Il y avait peu de lumière contrairement à ce que c'était indiqué dans les photos, et il n'y avait presque pas de meubles. Dans nos lits, il y avait des cheveux qui ne nous appartenaient pas non plus. On a également trouvé des restants de nourriture d'anciens clients dans l'armoire. On n'a même pas osé ouvrir la porte du frigo. De plus, beaucoup de gens faisaient la fête dans les petites heures du matin (on n'est pas des gens qui se plaignent) mais comme personne ne se trouve à la réception de 23h à 7h30, qu'est-ce qu'on peut faire? On n'a même pas pris notre douche et nous somme partis avant l'ouverture de la réception. Une grande déception. SVP prendre le temps de lire les commentaires avant de réserver ici.

It wasn't fancy, and we didn't need it to be, but our room was clean. The bed was comfortable & we both had a good sleep. Air conditioner was powerful, which was great. We would ask for an upper level room if staying longer. We don't care for having a sliding door on a ground floor. Ours was on the street/parking lot side, so we just kept the curtains closed. We were happpy to discover an award winning fish & chip restaurant (with delicious halibut) just down street, less than a minutes drive away. Very walkable distance on a cooler day, plus there's a little cafe across street (didn't have time to use). We were only in town one night & the price was good & we were satisfied with our stay.

WiFi didn’t work, TV had very little channels, no smart TV options, vending and ice machines broken. 3rd floor had a smoke smell, room wasn’t that clean, lights switches were super dirty and gross, towel rack was almost falling off the wall. Not what I’d expect for $170 a night. At least the AC worked good!

The rooms reeked of smoke, no working wifi and no coffee except for nespresso machine in lobby (which they hide overnight so it doesn’t get stolen). Broken beds in the hallway, or out back, no working ice machine but still in hallway and despite no smoking signs everywhere- the 3rd floor reeked. Family run though and kind people and they swapped our room for a ‘less’ smoky one! The good: beds were comfy and it was quiet.

CCouloir et sol mal propres, salle de bain humide et pas de savons ! Le lit était peut-être la seule chose propre et encore j’ai arrêté de regarder sinon je serais partie ailleurs... À éviter et ne plus proposer sur vos sites.

The whole place smelled of cigarettes, no wifi even after I asked for them to fix it. Very dirty place. Tv barely works. I highly recommend spending a couple more dollars and staying at a better spot.
