very accessible to the supermarket, fast food and bank as well, good ambiance, good breakfast, good room, friendly staff, service was okay

The staff are EXCEPTIONAL there! So friendly. From the front day/night front desk staff to the kitchen staff!! I only have a 4 star because even though there was a nice variety of foods, for breakfast, and the staff weee so nice, the food was not as great. But I would most definitely stay there again without a doubt.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. From the fellow who checked us in and recommended a few restaurants to the fellow making breakfast, cleaning staff and the front desk person who checked us out. Everyone was pleasant, smiled and spoke with us. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the included breakfast had everything from eggs and sausage (both turkey and pork), pancakes, hot and cold early, fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast and pastries! I have nothing but good things to say about our stay.

Guy at the Front Desk has no customer service skills. I have a big truck that needed two parking spots and he said that the hotel was full house and cannot use 2 spots and I can park in the plaza across street. I ended up parking at the back where there was plenty of parking spots. Besides this, the hotel is good.

Great stay! Bed was a bit too soft and I hated the pillows but the staff were so nice, we were able to check in early - the rooms were so spacious and pet friendly! Great places to eat all around -everything was really clean. Thank you for a great stay, highly recommend

Great hotel, indoor pool for kids and workout area for adults. Breakfast is amazong. Nice hot full meal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotels is located across from some reataurants amd shopping centre. Downtown is less than 5 minute drive.

Wonderful front desk personnel,shout out to Zachery who checked us in. So friendly. Also gentlemen who took care of us during our stay and check out. He might have been a manager if not he could be. Great time

The room was fine although you wonder how clean the carpeting is. We could only take the breakfast 2 of our 3 days. Healthy choices are lacking and it’s disturbing to see all the paper and plastic thrown in the garbage. No effort at recycling is made.
