The bed was comfortable. The only problem was the toilet was very loud when flushed. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

My secretary booked this stay for me and called the morning before to confirm what I needed to bring for check in, what time, ect. When i go to the hotel, even through the room had been paid for a week in advance, the staff wanted an additional $50 for "Incidentals" even though they could not tell me what the $50 was for. Since I didn't have the company credit card, I was not allowed to stay even though I had already paid for the room. I ended up driving on to my next destination and loosing the $117 I paid for the room. I will never book with ******* or this hotel again. Better to deal directly with the hotel. Buyer Beware, the price you pay up front is not the price when you get there.

The property looks nice and clean from the outside and lobby area but once to the guest rooms there is a noted difference. Staff was not available at check in. Once someone arrived to the front they were short with conversation and did not give any information about the property, location of rooms, elevators or ice/vending areas. Poor signage made it difficult to find where to go to find the elevators. Only one elevator was working again no signs to make guest aware. Once on the floor for our room signs were not easily seen to know which way to go to get to rooms. The room was moldy smelling, there were stains and rips in the carpet. The bathroom was not clean there was hair on the shower walls and sink area. None of the soaps, shampoos or lotions were filled. When the air conditioner was running it was so loud it made it difficult to sleep. Ice machines were not available on the 2nd floor but we were not notified of that or where we could find ice. When we went down to get extra bedding staff was gathered in the bar area watching basketball and not available for guest. Over all not a great experience.
