When speaking to the manager the only answer we got was her employee made a mistake and refused to take responsibility or find a solution to the issue. 1) If you’re shown evidence of you overcharging there is no excuse. 2) If you can’t properly train employees they don’t need to be working by themselves. I’ve been traveling for work for a few years now and have never come across this and the lack of accountability like this hotel. If you want to properly pay for a hotel and not be scammed, STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
