Element Huntsville

Jay , at the elements Huntsville single handedly made our trip one of the most memorable trips of all time. He went above and beyond to make sure our comfort and transportation needs were met and FAR EXCEEDED any expectations. Thanks coach jay, 915 boys from tipper weekend. You are the MAN!

It was a nice place to stay but note that when you book there are two separate places one for Weston and one for Element it’s quite confusing since they are the same property. Other than that it’s a great location!

There was alot of small things that sent us over the edge at this stay. Coffee machine - not a big deal, but that was the start of it. We were told they took the pods, and someone came up two different times with the same model thinking it was it ( where do you guys find your employees? ) No Silverware - that’s right. Full kitchen, with no plates, cups, etc in the “upgraded room” We had a glass that had spilled over and broke in the bedroom. I called the front desk to have someone vacuum up the glass and clean the spill… it was a half ass job to say the least. By time we got back ( 2 hours later ), the bedroom had ants all around the far side of the bedroom floor. I called back to tell them about the mediocre job, and it was going to be handled. Well… it wasn’t. Then to top it off, they decided to spray insecticide inside the room, all around the perimeter while we were still Staying in the room!!! That was the final straw for us, so we went next door to the Westin and had a better experience. Outside of the silverware situation, the room wasn’t bad at all. Little more than i wanted to pay, but last minute change and the difference of the refund for the bozos next door, it was worth it.

This hotel is a pretty poorly renovated, thrown together mess. Our room was dirty! Hair, sticky substances, etc. Decor was cheap, scale was terrible. Two pictures fell off the wall and onto my daughter while she was on the couch. My parents stayed in a different room and felt the same way. Overall I would never stay here again nor would I suggest it. Way too expensive to feel like it was so cheap.

Front desk wasn't very helpful or gave out information. Was told construction is happening.
