Una excelente opción de descanso y ubicación, el servicio es muy bueno desde tú llegada la hotel, el desayuno es rico y tiene variedad. En la habitación las amenidades son excelentes y la cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Esta en una buena ubicación cerca de restaurantes y bares que puedes ir caminando.

Beautiful new facility in a great area with walkable restaurants. Nice breakfast and comfortable beds! There are a variety of restaurants and good parking. It not far from the rocket center and not far off the interstate. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the area. Very relaxing place!

Great hotel, checked in late and the front desk employees were great! Super friendly! They had cookies waiting for us when we checked in. Room was very clean! I will be staying here again! Plus, there is a Starbucks across the street. I will be back!

I had an excellent stay at this Hampton Inn property in beautiful Huntsville, Alabama. Outside of the downtown area, Providence Village is definitely second to none in Huntsville!! Such a nice, quaint little village, with over a dozen great spots to eat, drink, and enjoy! I love this property, and it's in the perfect location. All staff and management are extremely kind, courteous, and professional, especially Johnny and Marko - I really found these two individuals to be incredibly accommodating & helpful. Overall, great job on cleanliness, free breakfast, comfortable bedding & rooms, and a very walkable area, with many restaurants located within minutes.

Very clean and nice rooms. The hotel has easy access to all the major sites in Huntsville and there are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. I highly recommend it! The breakfast area was spotless and there was plenty to choose from and the ladies who staff it are exceptionally nice!!

The assistant manager is terrible and will make you feel like she is doing you a favor by letting you stay at this hotel. She is condescending and rude. I have no idea how she is in the hospitality business. On the day of checkout I had to give a briefing to my CEO and without anywhere to go I asked for a late checkout. This briefing has been one year in the making, it's a huge deal. She said I could have until 12 but the briefing started at 1230, which I explained to her, and I asked if I could have until 1, which barely gave me enough time. Begrudgingly, she agreed but really let me know she didn't want to. You should never make your customer feel like you're going out of your way for them and that it is inconvenient. As luck would have it the briefing started late and I barely started my briefing when housekeeping started knocking on the door. I let them know I was giving a briefing although they probably don't know what I said because they did not speak English. Not 60 seconds later the phone in my room and my cell phone started ringing. I put my laptop on mute and answered and the assistant manager was berating me for not being out of the room to allow housekeeping to come in. I explained that I was still giving the briefing and needed more time. She said I could have a little time and I said I needed probably 20 minutes. She argued with me saying that would be too long. She expected me to just tell my CEO that I had to end the briefing because the housekeepers at the Hampton Inn had to clean my room. Her priorities were clearly in favor of the housekeepers than a return customer. We ended the call and I continued my briefing and less than 10 minutes later the housekeepers began banging on my door, relentlessly. It was absolutely ridiculous. Both phones began ringing at the same time, again! Here I am giving a briefing that has been a year in the making and this hotel assistant manager and housekeepers are doing all they can to ruin my day. Once again, I put the laptop on mute and opened the door and told them to start cleaning. I went back to my briefing, I was almost done. They muddled around for a minute or two then one of them walked up to me with something in spanish typed on her phone. I don't know what it said. She was trying to ask me something...I don't know so I told her that I didn't know what it said. Again, this is while my CEO is on the laptop. Absolutely not a care or any awareness from this housekeeper. I finally wrapped up and left a little before 2. I know the timing was terrible but I couldn't help it and I was checking out and didn't have anywhere to go. The assistant manager could have handled the whole situation better. She didn't even attempt to offer another solution when I first asked for a late checkout. Then she proceeded to interrupt my briefing repeatedly by calling along with the housekeepers banging on the door. After returning home I called to talk to the manager and this assist

The room and bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice and courteous. They met and exceeded all of my request and expectations. I enjoyed my stay here. I would recommend staying here and will be coming back soon.

Jenna to the rescue! Computer accidently booked a 2 night stay for the day I reserved the room, instead of 4 weeks later. I immediately called the hotel and Jenna began to laugh with me, after I reminded her I was 10 hours away. Not only did she make the corrections to the reservation, but she was the lady at check-in 4 weeks later OUTSTANDING representative of Hampton Inn Village of Providence - and what a great hotel in the most perfect location to everything around. Beautiful and immaculately clean room with an individual AC to dial up your room temperature. Everyone we met at the front desk over the 3 days and 2 nights were a joy to talk with. Friendly and caring - each and every staff member, making sure we had water, snacks and a full breakfast (nice lady cooking and preparing each day) all included. Thanks again Jenna for that warm hospitality and helping to correct the reservation. Dr. Bob

Parking wasn’t the most convenient. But everything else made up for it! The beds are so comfy, AC was already turned on a low temp when I checked in (important in southern hot summers). Everything was clean - but more importantly the staff was incredibly kind! Check out the local beer & wine they have downstairs for purchase. Also recommend the Grille across the street. The village community is beautiful & very welcoming!! I have coworkers that visit Huntsville every week for work, definitely recommending this hotel over other leading hotels. Book - you won’t be disappointed!!

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Received lots of water and snacks, breakfast was well prepared. Location is great for dinner and getting out a little to walk or socialize. Definitely will be back……………………………………………………………………………..

This is a very nice hotel with a great selection of restaurants within walking distance. Taco mama right downstairs is amazing. There is also a good bbq place as well as a nicer restaurant close by as well as a bar with local entertainment on occassion. I stay here everytime I’m in Huntsville. It’s nice after a long day to not have to drive anywhere.

What can I say. They took what could have been a bad situation and made it great. Due to no fault of their own, the hotel was overbooked. I was traveling to see my daughter and was on the road when I found out. They offered to see what they could do and came up with a workable solution. When I got there at 11:00 that night, they were very apologetic made sure I had everything I needed. The rest of the trip they were always asking if there was anything I needed and made the trip a very nice experience. The hotel is also in a great location and I will be staying there again when I go to visit my daughter. Great Staff!!!

Very warm welcome, clean, and rapid cleaning daily.The morning breakfast is predictable and on time with no issues. The location is perfect to grab a beer and relax. Everything you need is walking distance for food. Parking is under construction but no issues to find a spot to park.

By far the most exceptional Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was spotless, breakfast was much better than the typical Hampton Inn, and the hotel was super quiet and in a great location. We will absolutely choose this hotel when we return to Huntsville.
