Overall it was terrible. We stayed for three nights. On the first night we found blood stains on one bed and a lot of black dirt on another bed. We called the reception three times and waited for several hours but no one came to change the bedding. Finally we were too sleepy and called the reception to say no need to come and change it tomorrow. At nearly 1:00 am, the service staff knocked on the door and woke me up to change the bedding. Is this kind of hygiene standard for this hotel? Is this kind of slow service standard for this hotel? Is knocking on the door in the early morning to wake up the guests the service standard for this hotel?
The food was average, almost unpalatable. I don't know if they deliberately made the food unpalatable to prevent guests from eating too much.
On the last day when we checked out, they said that they didn't copy our passports when we checked in. They were lying because they had asked us to copy our passports when we checked in. They must have lost the copies, but they lied that they didn't copy them. My friend took the bag where my passports were at the gate. It took more than ten minutes to go back and forth from the reception to the gate. We had a flight in the morning, so I said I didn't have time to get it, and the reception accepted it. Then they called the security guard at the gate to intercept us and chased us out to ask for our passports. I don't understand.
In short, this hotel has poor service, bad food and the staff lie.
总体比较糟糕。一共住了三晚,第一晚我们发现一个床上有血渍,一个床上有很多黑色的脏东西。打了前台三次电话,等了好几个小时都没有来换床上用品,最后我们实在太困了,给前台打电话说不用来了,明天再换吧。接近凌晨一点时,服务人员敲门把我吵醒了要换床上用品。这样的卫生状况是这家酒店的标准吗?这样慢的服务是这家酒店的标准吗?凌晨敲门把客人吵醒是这家酒店的服务标准吗?
食物很一般,快接近难吃的程度了。不知道是不是故意把食物做的难吃防止客人吃很多。
最后一天我们退房时,说入住时没有复印我们的护照。他们在说谎,因为入住时已经问我们要护照复印了,应该是他们弄丢了复印件,但是他们就满嘴谎言说没有复印。我放护照的包朋友拿着了在大门那边,从前台往返大门要十多分钟,早上我们赶飞机,我就说没有时间去拿,前台就接受了。然后他们又给大门的保安打电话拦截我们,追出来要护照。我不能理解。
总之,这家酒店服务差,食物难吃,工作人员会说谎。
