房間設施就不用多幻想，類似國內老萬豪水平。公區很美，但，服務非常一般。早餐桌子布前面桌子客人吃臟了不收拾，讓我直接用。我跟前台有反映服務不佳的事，但前台也衹是淡淡迴應並沒有認真對待。2000的房價，不匹配的服務水平，不要給這家送錢。男爵宮殿，原來服務員才是男爵，中國客人是他展現傲慢的對象。禮賓以及保安處很好，但早餐廳的那位能説中文你好的，皮膚白瘦高個子，是酒店服務水平的敗筆。

酒店是這次埃及最讓人失望的一個，房間設施老舊， 熱水不熱，窗簾也是壞的，關鍵是全包式酒店，攜程上沒説，到了要我們補錢，我們説不吃也不行，吃的又像豬食一樣難吃，哎，除了景色是OK的，其他一言難盡
