Grand merci a Ali, un serveur attention à l'écoute et patient, sinon c'est l'Égypte tout se négocie, mais j'ai vraiment passer une bonne semaine dans cet hôtel. Les boutiques dans l'hôtel et à proximité sont vraiment utiles.

Séjour inapproprié pour un hôtel 5 étoiles je l'ai absolument pas vu.... Wifi pas disponible dans les bungalows, odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain. Porte/Fenêtre donnant sur la piscine ne se ferme pas entièrement (donc la nuit on entend le vent....) Salariés non accueillant, ni a l'arrivée ni au départ. Racisme (couple mixte arabe+ autre origine) ils vous regarde de travers!. VOUS FORCE A L'ACHAT DE PARFUM/DU RESTAURANT ET APPEL DANS LA CHAMBRE POUR FORCER A ALLER AU RESTAURANT.... Nourriture pas bonne !!!! A l'arrivée on vous remet un papier tiens tu lis tout est marqué dessus on t'explique pas le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, c'est à toi de lire .... Le personnel de l'accueil ne t'indique pas où faire le test pcr ou le récupérer si tu en a besoin etc... Au départ on t'aide pas pour tes valises à les monter à l'accueil.Mais on te demande d'attendre qu'un membre du personnel aille vérifier ta chambre avant que tu quitte l'hôtel sauf que toi tu as un avion à prendre..... Inadmissible!! Honteux !! C'est un hôtel plus pour les locaux que pour les européens.

Супер отель, хорошее обслуживание , Спасибо шеф Ахмед Гамаль Усама с ресторана , Тарек комнаты уборка, умнички Все отлично, рекомендую Чисто , уютно, хорошая территория , лежаков много , пляж чистый . Отдых для семейных пар , не далеко от центра , такси всегда есть в отеле за хорошую цену

,классный сервис, персонал, еда! Чистая огромная территория, чистые номера. Кормят до отвала 😻Несколко видов мяса, овощи свежие, жареные, пареные, огромное разнообразие Саратов, всегда свежие фрукты и очень вкусная выпечка. Персонал вежливый, Гостеприимный, классные шутки 🤩🤣 Алкоголь: пиво, вино, крепкие напитки. Кофе, чай, соки. Отель новый, все аккуратно, чистенько. Уборка каждый день. Классные фигурки из полотенчиков 😂 огромный аквапарк, несколько бассейнов. Бары. Все круто!

Terrible hotel, disgusting and not at all clean. People in hotel were helpful only when you gave them additional money. Had to wait endless lines for food, had to eat everyday the same food, because when something ran out, they didn´t fill it again. People behaving like pigs, food was in the pool, on the floors, tables, mixed in other food, just everywhere. Drinks only in miniature platic cups that were also everywhere. Our bathroom didn´t work well the whole week, eventhough we asked at the reception at least three times to get it fixed.

The food was all the week the same. During lunch and dinner, we had to wait for a table, then for plates, then for cutlery and finally at least half an hour in a queue for meat. The meals were cold. If you come half an hour after starting time of lunch or dinner, there are only rests of the food. There are accomodated many local people in the hotel and they do not stand in the queues. They go in front of the queue, they ignore you when saying them to go at the end, they take even two or three full plates of meat and then, at the end, you can see a waitress throwing away half of their food. All drinks (alko and non-alko) are served in little plastic cups. Everywhere. Not only in the beach, but also in lobby and during meals. So people take rather 2-3 cups per person in one time, because it is really iritating to go for a small drink so often. Really not ecological. The sea is not suitable for swimming, it is very shallow. There are no corals or fish. It is not suitable neither for children. When entering the sea, there are stones and it is hard to walk. I really do not recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, they forgot to say that it would be about 600 m and I still had water up to my knees, waist at most. - There were many domestics there, but they didn't know how to behave at all. Since there were three hotels, there weren't many of them in ours, but there were a lot of them in the other two. - Diet. She was really horrible. She kept repeating herself. And when the housemates came to the dining room, you didn't know if you had come to the "sty among pigs". I have never seen such a waste of food. I have to admit that, unfortunately, I have not experienced a worse vacation. I would never recommend the hotel to anyone.

Hotel was lovely and very clean, rooms were cleaned daily with towel art added.. water provided for the room everyday to use with the kettle, coffee and tea, lots to do at the water park and no shortage of pools and sunbeds.. only downside was the food, every meal was chicken, rice, pasta or rolled meat.. after 2 weeks of this it was rather depressing, would definitely visit this hotel again if the food was changed up a little.

Everything was great,super hotel❤️Great people amazing place,very nice garden.Rooms cleaning every day .Best people in bar,cleaners.Very very great eat about swimming pool.This summer will coming back
