哈里肯/錫安國家公園蔚景温德姆酒店(Wingate by Wyndham Hurricane/Zion National Park)

J’ai adoré moderne, bien décorée, grande chambre, personnel gentil ! Piscine et jacuzzi. Petit déjeuner copieux.

This facility is nice, but the staff has absolutely no concern for you. The hot was broken during my entire stay. The breakfast is basically cold cereal and waffles. I reserved a room for three people, but there was only a king sized bed in the room…they said three people will fit in the bed…made me pay extra for a roll-away bed…I will never stay there again!

The hotel cancelled my reservation saying that I was a no show, but I called a week ahead of time and told them we would be there the second night and not to cancel it. They said OK, but when we showed up the second night they said they cancelled it and told my husband the hotel was booked. When I went in to remind them that I called a week ago and they agreed to hold my reservation, they took a while to figure it out and then eventually checked me in (but i thought the hotel was booked???) after we left the next day, i found out they continued to charge me for the reservation that was cancelled AND THEN made a new charge to accomodate my family. I was DOUBLE CHARGED for the night. When I called to talk to Yash the manager he refused to refund me saying that I was a "no show". So they lied to my husband telling him the hotel was full (but wasn't). Then they lied to me and checked me into a new room and STOLE my money the reservation was not refundable. IT WAS and I called A WEEK ahead of time to make sure I could show up for the second night. I was told yes. VERY frustrating to me lied to and charged DOUBLE. Yash the manager NEVER told me when he finally checked me in that it would be under a new reservation and I would be paying double. I was under the impression that he was honoring my reservation since he say the notes saying I called ahead of time.

Very unhappy. We were very surprised at check in that we had to put an extra $50.00 deposit on our hotel room at check in. We were told it would take over 10 days to get it back on my credit card. This should of been disclosed to us when we booked the hotel. This was very deceiving and it made no sense.
