Cape Cod愛爾蘭村(Cape Cod Irish Village)

I have come to this hotel for 40 years and it has gone slowly downhill over the past 10 years. It is obviously been neglected. Good points: The room was clean and the bathroom was updated. Nice shower. The phone in the room didn’t work. So overall the room was good. Overall service was good. They did the best they could. Bad points: The common areas were totally neglected. Hall rugs were musty, dirty, and should have been replaced long ago. Vending machines not working. Pool chairs now 40 years old and uncomfortable. Only 3 pool umbrellas. Hot tub broken for 2 months. Just an overall appearance of neglect.

Abit disappointed in the food. Not very good pricey with convenience store quality food. Pool nice but tiny bugs in hot tub. No towels available.

Very nice time, really enjoyed the new property. They brought all of the charm of the old Irish village with them.

Not very welcoming at check in. I missed a table or desk in the room. I would expect that for it a being a conference center/hotel. The room itself is spacious and I liked having a balcony. Electrical wires were laying over the bed. No elevator. The conference center itself was nice. Friendly staff, good food and well organized.

The place seems perfectly nice. When I arrived, they said my reservation was for a different day, it wasn't. Then they put us in the wrong type of room. They fixed both problems but the room was the dryest, dustyest hotel room I've ever stayed in. I got a sore throat it was so dry and dusty. I'm guessing it's because I stayed there in the beginning of November, but what the hell? Also, the electrical stuff plugged in and hanging out of the sheetrock was a bit of a mess. This place is fine, just needs more effort in the off season.

Great bar and restaurant. Dj and entertainment on night 1! Wonderful charity "horse" races in the afternoon was great fun! Halloween costume party in the evening was done to the nines! Wonderful weekend!

We rented a King Suite and were very happy with the size of the room for the money. It was nice to have a sitting area, full size fridge and table and chairs. Issues came when it was time to sleep. Forget about getting any rest. People/kids running up and down the hall all night long, people yelling to each other in the hall. Walls are paper thin. It sounded like the people in the next room were sitting right beside us and they were very loud, playing music and singing in their room well after 2am, both kids and adults. My advice is to spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else. On the positive side, everyone working here was always very pleasant.

The hotel was fine a bit outdated, room smelled musty but they were sold out and could not move the room. Very loud during the night kids running up and down the hallway all night low. Staff was very nice though.

The nose from the AC unit that wasn’t on sounded like there was a cricket stuck inside. Couldn’t sleep the noise was so loud. May want to check that out and remove for other guest.
