Mi è sembrato un pò datato con tentativi di ammodernamento in stile un pò ridondante... e la plastica che copriva la nuova testata del letto ancora attaccata. Per accedere alle stanze si passa da un cortile agghindato con palme e pesci di plastica e gli ascensori sembrano più simili a dei montacarichi. Le camere sono comunque grandi e spaziose e nel mio caso (la n. 208) tranquilla durante la notte; il bagno era decoroso. Ristorazione nella media. Il personale molto cortese e con presenza costante di vigilanti armati. Sul retro dell'albergo purtroppo una sorta di discarica...

Arrived after a long drive on a hot June day. Parking in the lot was the first nightmare. Long wait to checkin. Request for a electric kettle was accepted, but kettle never arrived. Power kept going off in room. Turned out there was a problem particular to the room. Three different passwords were given for the wifi and was a problem to connect

This was my first visit to Indus Hotel, although I’ve known about it for a long time through recommendations from many friends and colleagues who have stayed here. My initial impression was quite positive, especially during the booking process. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations, particularly considering the cost of the stay. There were several service issues: Room service was significantly delayed The cooling system was not functional There was no internet service In the mini-bar, the sugar packets were close to their expiry date Given the premium charges, I believe the hotel should focus more on delivering the level of service guests expect. My sincere suggestion is to enhance the overall service quality and ensure that the amenities provided are up to standard. I hope to see improvements in the future. Best wishes.

I am giving a mark taking into account that this is a hotel in Hyderabad, very far from being a tourism hotspot, and a three star hotel. I got an executive room, quite large, clean bed, not towards the noisy street. No welcome pack except water bottles. Room service was very fast when required. Bathroom was basic, with the bottom of the bathtub being unstable and towels just barely clean. They provide sanitary and dental kit. No cutlery in the room if you want to peel a fruit. Breakfast included but barely drinkable coffee for someone used to coffee, and limited options (the milk I had my corn flakes with was hot). Overall not a place to book a room at if you have better options, but there are not many others in Hyderabad. The low price - 23000 rupees for an executive room - is another consideration.

This hotel would be a three star in most places, but in Hyderabad it’s an oasis and gets a four star from me. Check in prompt. Every member of staff at all times stopped what they were doing to great me or help me. I had a huge clean room. The bed was comfortable. It was very quiet, barring the ticking noise of the clock on the wall, which tissue paper in the ears solved. While it did take a while to get hot water, patience was rewarded by piping hot water. WIFI worked well. The Pakistani breakfast buffet was very good, especially the halwa which was a treat.
