ITC 卡提亞海得拉巴豪華精選酒店(ITC Kakatiya, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad)

Lovely old hotel, much nicer than the rather charmless new places opening up. Not the perfect location, not much around, but easy access to the metro and not bad traffic. Great breakfast and fantastic value. Highly recommended

Sad to say that this hotel is past its prime. The lobby and restaurants are nice/well run. The rooms are another story - the moldy/musty scent is inescapable. If you look further into reviews this has been an ongoing problem other guests have complained about. Run down floors/furniture/bathroom. In general the staff are very nice and accommodating but it’s not worth it to stay at this hotel. The pool area is not kept up at all and looks like it’s from an abandoned building. The breakfast and fitness areas have too ***y mosquitoes flying around. At the front desk I heard another guest complaining about the mosquitoes in their room. I hope ITC will remodel this property in the future and fix these issues.

Stay was good, Breakfast very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot shower awesome. What is missing is Self Service Laundry. I hate to give my clothes to someone else to wash. rajans

Great location, quiet, super friendly and competent staff, three excellent restaurants and an amazing breakfast. Wish they had a few more English channels on the TV.

The rooms are very very dirty. It all looks like Government run business. Room was not ready when I tried to check in. Honestly we have to book another hotel and move out. Still paid this hotel. Front office employees were nicer. But they can not change hotel. Its Old. Rusted. Not completed Blackout windows. I did not liked at all. Staff was good.

Great luxury property in Hyderabad, excellent staff, superb rooms and amenities. Will come back every single time.

All would be really good if only the hotel staff did not choose to start cleaning rooms close to mine at 4 AM for THREE consecutive nights although I asked to not do that maybe? I mean that's a bit too much.
