The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well, making for a comfortable stay. The wifi connection was slow at times.

Great place to stay in the heart of the city. Service was excellent from the hotel staff. Rooms was well maintained with affordable price. Great place to stay if you are planing to visit Hyderabad for site visit and other activities.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was nice, and the room service staff were very polite and helpful. Would recommend it.

When choosing the Imperial Classic Hotel, I considered the following things that were very important to me: airport transfers, breakfast, and non-smoking rooms. Upon arrival at the airport, I was disappointed to find no transfer. Upon arriving at the hotel, they only offered two of the four rooms we booked, but we were given four. When asked which room we would be served, they said, "Smile," "The hotel doesn't guarantee breakfast." When asked about airport transfers... "Smile," "The hotel doesn't guarantee airport transfers." Smoking rooms have ashtrays for smokers. Also, there was no hot water, but that was the least of my worries.

Great behaviour of staff. They are soo promising. Rooms are clean and service are good. They allow us to keep our bags after check out at reception and they took responsibility.

We had a great experience at this property. The rooms were spacious. It was quite close to the metro station. There is no question about the hygiene. We loved it!!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Imperial Classic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful, and the service was prompt. The location is convenient, and the overall experience was great value for money. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

I booked hotel based on makemytrip, seems the reviews are paid reviews. I was tried before checked-in to the hotel, so I just completed the formalities and hotel guys said room is full – Just please adjust this room for 1-2 hours then we will change the room, which was not happened later point of time even I requested so many times. Bathroom and room was so dirty Wash based was not functioning, shower or shower tope was not at all functioning Water was dripping from bathroom roof This is pathetic condition I never ever stayed in such hotel.

Old rooms but spacious and furnished, hot water, lift available, good location, good staff. Below the hotel a good restaurant, SBI e corner available, they arrange for cars also. overall nice and comfortable stay with family in four bedded room.

The room was dirty with cockroaches. Upon multiple requests the room was finally changed. When we ordered packaged mineral water for an extra cost, filtered water in an old bottle was served. Breakfast served at a small shop outside the hotel

Great stay. The family deluxe ac room is really awesome. Well maintained Toilets.Staffs behaviour was really good.A very good room service. Only negetive i felt here was their complimentary breakfast, dont go for it. Thank you Team imperial classic for the great experience. ❣️

Even they are not provided single water bottle and also they changed more than 200/- for breakfast and provided 2 Vada or 4 idli and no tea as well. Bathrooms are very poor quality and beds also very poor. There is no proper room service all the people who are working in the hotel not that much professionals.

Very good location with spacious rooms. Rates are affordable. Highly recommended. Hotel staff are very friendly. All the fittings and appliances are in very good condition. There are many good restaurants nearby and so dining is easier.

Cockroaches were there in the rooms as well on the bed. Hot water was not all coming inspite of complaint lodged twice Room cleaning was also not upto the mark Door mat near Bath room was fully wet It is not worth at all for the tariff charged by the hotel. This hotel is not recommended for anyone to stay at all

The worst condition of the hotel. No water jug available in the room and glasses also provide on demand thrice. Bedsheets and pillows cover are dirty,matres very uncomfortable, cockroches in the room and toilet. Toilet seat and washbasin very dirty no exhaust fan in toilet, bathroom fitting mixture not working. No electric cattle available. No tea no food found. For booked breakfast go to the shop under the hotel with your chit and will get only Idli or poori or plain dosa of law quality. For lunch or dinner go outside the market. Cleaning the room is very bad wait till 3pm. In rainy days rain water fill up in the staircase and lift area. It's very law quality hotel no dining room if electricity fails then wait for long time generator start. Room service very poor. Location wise good. Overall stay very bad.
