The heart of this home is an open-concept living area, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying quality time with family. High ceilings and glass doors create a sense of spaciousness while inviting the gentle sea breeze indoors. One of the highlights of this property is its outdoor space. A pool surrounded by the tropical landscaping provides the ideal spot for cooling off on hot Florida days or soaking in the warm sunshine. The spacious patio offers plenty of room for lounging, dining, and enjoying the peaceful waterfront ambiance. The outdoor living space has a grill area where guests can cook up meals while enjoying the breeze. Adjacent to the grill, a convenient mini-fridge ensures that beverages and ingredients are always close at hand. Fun fact: One of the most enchanting features of this backyard is the frequent appearance of manatees.
