Hello, Had the new year night in this hotel. Very clean, location is the best in the city with a nice view. Very good breakfast and very warm in the rooms Would recommend it without any doubt.

Cazarea a fost făcută peste Trip.com, cu achitare online pe 1 noiemrie 2025. Doamna de la receptie a fost foarte putin amabila si prima data auzise de trip.com si a zis ca nu stie ce este asta si ca nu ne gaseste in baza. A zis sa ne lamurim singuri si ca e problema noastra. Asa o prostie din partea hotelului o vad prima data. Ne-a pus in stres si grija. Foarte urit din partea ei ca din necunostinta ne face noua griji, peste 30 min a telefonat cuiva si iau zis ca bronarea este. Fara nici o scuza ne-a dat cheia si parca nu a fost nimic. *************************, nu recomand acest hotel.

Senza dubbio un hotel iconico di questa bella città Nella Moldova, l'architettura gli arredamenti vintage donano un tocco di atmosfera che ho apprezzato, molto confortevoli le camere : silenziose e pulite con un bel!' arredamento datato e molto caratteristico, bello il bagno . La presenza di doppi vetri favorisce molto il già ottimo isolamento acustico. Tende oscuranti sarebbero più indicate, Raccomando vivamente le camere con vista sul palazzo che offrono una veduta impareggiabile, l'accesso ai piani è garantito da tre ascensori molto efficienti, molto bella anche la piscina coperta e la Spa dotata di sauna e bagno turco: i numerosi lettini garantiscono sempre un posto a bordo piscina,,, queste caratteristiche rendono l'hotel assolutamente vantaggioso come rapporto qualità prezzo. aggiungiamo poi la posizione centrale con rapido accesso al Palas Mall ed ai mezzi di trasporto. Un albergo in definitiva altamente consigliato se si ricerca comfort e classe .

Et slitent hotell som trenger oppgradering. Positivt at de har avtale ned treningssenter med basseng. God lokasjoner nær kjøpesentret.

It was a large hotel, rooms were comfortable. We voted this hotel during our roadtrip to have the best water pressure. Nice hot shower. HIghly recommend: Take the 18min walk to Casa Bolta Rece restaurant for the BEST TRADITIONAL ROMANIAN Food EVER!!

Staff was very nice and helpful. They don’t have keyless feature. A/ C didn’t work very well. Overall it was a good experience. Quality, price, fair.

Excellent location, poor breakfast Clean rooms, friendly staff, AC a little bit too loud. Breakfast needs a lot improvement!!!! There was no choice for something sweet such as a croissant, or a pastry, or a cookie. The bread was the leftover from the day before and already toasted. The coffee was not tasty at all. The placement for sugar and milk for the coffee was on another area than the coffee table. The tomatoes were stale and bitter. And the sunny side up eggs were cold and overcooked.
