Accueil et service bien, ils ont même pensé à m'envoyer un sms vers 20h30 en me voyant pas arriver pour me prévenir que le restaurant terminait le service à 23h et que si je voulais on pouvait me préparer quelque chose à manger dans la chambre, ce qui a été fait. Bravo

Très bel hôtel ! Service impeccable Chambre très classe Nous y étions pour un mariage et nous avons adoré , je recommande Il est très bien, la piscine est un plus ! Seul bémol peut être , la lenteur au restaurant..

Hotellet er som udgangspunkt et flot og velholdt hotel. Det ligger et stykke fra centrum. Der var flere småting som hang løse på værelset, men samlet set ok. Morgenmaden havde et ok udvalg. Den varme del af morgenmaden var koldt, ligegyldigt hvornår vi spiste, nævnte det overfor personalet, dog uden store ændringer. Det er meget ærgerligt at spise kolde kartofler, pølser, kylling og mozzarella sticks. Kaffen var lunken, men til gengæld var juicen varm. Der var mange børn der løb rundt og legede og larmede under morgenmaden og rundt på gangene. Dette er som udgangspunkt ikke et problem, dog forventes dette ikke på et 5* hotel

The free breakfast was horrible! Food was old, just heated, nothing fresh! Food hair in the bacon. For a 5 star hotel, the breakfast needs to be much better. A lot of the amenities from previous years have been taken out. The room needs a renovation, old furniture, used, out-dated. The shower water was warm not hot. Not what I remember Pleiada to be. The room prices have gone up, but the service has gone down!

Very nice and modern property. Excellent rooms and SPA. Great coffee machines in the rooms. Breakfast limited, however sufficient to start the day.

Amazing hotel, excellent staff, great & modern design of hotel . Sauna , Stan room, swimming pool brilliant!! Recommend to everyone ❤️💋

Nice and modern, one of the best in the city hotel. Breakfast is surprisingly weak. Understanding that hotel first should generate revenue, however such poor variety and even quantity especially fruits and sweets is not up to the 5*. Fruit flies (!).

If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, this is not the spot. Even in spite of wearing earplugs (there was a wedding going on downstairs), I was awakened at 4am on a Monday to trumpets blasting into a microphone and reverberating throughout the building. I know this, because I went to investigate after getting zero help at reception. Sure enough, the only thing 5-star about the place is their sound system. Shame on this hotel for not giving more consideration for their guests.

Wish I was able to give more than 5 stars. They deserve every bit of a it. I brought my old parents and they are old school and picky. However the team there made us all feel special. Every single one was beyond helpful one in particular I would love to mention George Minea. He really went out of his way to make our stay ultra special. The Hotel is clean, food is to die for everything is perfect. Can't wait to come back.
