Fantastic experience, lovely people, location is serene and beautiful ❤️ We had the view of paddy fields outside on our balcony, the food was yum, even maggi 😅

Everything was perfect. Nice view from cottage . Nice staff , nice food, very close to city. 5 star from my side

we could not make it to the property as my son was unwell. I have informed make my trip and the property to reschedule the date as it's emergency but both did not help us. people have kids and thinking to visit the property don't do it. the owner is only worried about her money and has no courtesy or willingness to help. you will find better property. AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

The location is close to madikeri main road and is scenic. Food is basic but good. The service is great. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you are not looking for luxury.

It was a pleasant stay at ibni, located near to market and surrounded by scenic beauty, food was super delicious as they have kitchen and serve food as per your order, also they a a small zipline amd good contacts with jeep for nearby sightseing. I would definetly recommend to have stay at ibni during coorge vidit

Stayed at the Village Hut. Rooms is okayish and the climate is really good. Staff is so friendly and amazing.

It’s Amazing experience at IBNI spring , location is so beautiful . It’s perfect for family, they have option for deluxe room and wooden cottage, there is small water fall inside the property which is ideal for kids

The rooms were clean. Staffs were friendly. Beautiful Location. Enjoyed our stay. There is a small private waterfall inside the property.

stay is good food quality is not good washroom are also good but water pressure is not ok private waterfall is filled with drainage and a very bad smell 🤧 stay is ok ok amount is charged for this type not ok.

The wooden cottages are small, barely enough for 2 people. The fan is there for namesake but the weather was great so not really needed it. There was a rat problem in the night which keeps disturbing the roof and not letting sleep. Food was good, property is average.

We had a great experience in IBNl spring. The Manager 'Wayne' and the staff were very helpful. The food was served hot and being a vegetarian they provided food according to our requirement.Our cottage provided us with a view with a natural spring in their property, which was very good. I will definitely recommend this place for a pleasant stay and a wonderful experience. Thanks a lot for making our stay more memorable.

Hospitality is excellent, food is at its best, staffs are very friendly and the room view is awesome. Must visit resort . Didn’t like the spa though, rest all is more than best Planning to visit next time

Stay was average, breakfast is not good. Not worth for 4k. I don't have pics
