We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for making our trip smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable. We stayed at Tea Castle Hotel in Munnar for two nights, and our experience there was truly delightful. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful and relaxing environment amidst the scenic beauty of the hills. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping was prompt and efficient. What really stood out was the extraordinary service provided by the staff—they were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. And of course, the view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with lush green tea plantations and misty mountains providing the perfect backdrop for a serene getaway. The only drawback I encountered during my stay was the Wi-Fi. It was quite slow and often disconnected, which made it difficult to use for work or streaming. However, aside from that issue, everything else about my experience was excellent. The service was great, the environment was comfortable, and I was overall very satisfied.

Views & Location- Surrounded by lush tea gardens and scenic valley views; balconies often face the hills — a big plus for nature lovers. Good base for exploring Munnar sights if you have your own transport. Cleanliness & Rooms Many guests found rooms clean and comfortable with great views.
