Hôtel proche des sites touristiques de Munnar avec une belle vue. Le bâtiment est un peu ancien et pas très bien isolé, mais les chambres sont propres et suffisamment équipées. Le personnel est très agréable et le restaurant est très bon avec un buffet qui change tous les jours.

Amazing Property Rooms are very clean. Service, housekeeping is too good. Staff are knows English & Hindi and they guide us properly if we required any information. Happy to say again whenever come next time.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for making our trip smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable. We stayed at Tea Castle Hotel in Munnar for two nights, and our experience there was truly delightful. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful and relaxing environment amidst the scenic beauty of the hills. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping was prompt and efficient. What really stood out was the extraordinary service provided by the staff—they were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. And of course, the view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with lush green tea plantations and misty mountains providing the perfect backdrop for a serene getaway. The only drawback I encountered during my stay was the Wi-Fi. It was quite slow and often disconnected, which made it difficult to use for work or streaming. However, aside from that issue, everything else about my experience was excellent. The service was great, the environment was comfortable, and I was overall very satisfied.

The location of the hotel is very good. However, the rooms are well below standard. I was initially given a room that had ants; when I complained, I was told it was nothing serious and was casually told that some sugar might have fallen, which was unacceptable. There were also black ants in the bathroom. After contacting my travel agent, my room was finally changed. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. The electric kettle in the new room was not working and I had to call the reservations desk to get it replaced. The water heater was also not functioning; when I raised this issue, I was informed that it would be fixed within an hour, which never happened. Additionally, the TV remote had no batteries and the TV channels were deactivated. The only positive aspect of my stay was the food, which was very good. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have had. The reservation and housekeeping staff were extremely rude and far below acceptable service standards.

Excellent customer service, great hospitality and food, Prime location in munnar, comfortable rooms, good views, well maintained infrastructure. Special thanks to the helpdesk team at the reception - they were very patient, made us feel at home.

The stay was beyond good. The staffs were extremely humble, polite and helpful. We loved the food at both breakfast and dinner, it was delicious and abundant. The room was very spacious and clean. It was beautifully located near road and hills side,with great atmosphere and sightseeing, additionally room are so clean and maintained, feeling to stay much of time ,I really value it with nice experience and for tasty & belly full breakfast ...that everyone wish to visit again..thankyou teacastle team..🙏👍🙏

We had a lovely and comfy stay at Tea Hut resorts Munnar. Hotel is located on the main road en route from Adimali to Munnar so access is quite easy. Hotel has a good view of the mountains and rooms have a balcony to take in the view. Staff was excellent- we were welcomed with a warm cinnamon tea.. quite nice for the cool weather in Munnar. Gave us a good intro on room and facilities. All toiletries available (soap/shampoo/ towels) and complimentary water. Refills are provided on request. Staff is very professional and welcoming. Restaurant food was excellent- authentic and rates(dinner was extra charge) was reasonable. Breakfast spread was different for each day and had all tasty foods. Its a great start to each morning before the trip to different places in Munnar. Staff at restaurant was also very accommodating and attended to us even when there was another large group of 60 sth people at that time. Facilities- rooms are very clean. Housekeeping is done daily if the keys are left bac with reception. Towels are changed daily which was very nice as in the cold weather , the towels didn’t dry too well in a day after use. New water bottles are kept daily. Free wifi is available as well. The hotel also has a map in the reception and restaurant level which shows the major sites to visit. Overall a really wonderful visit at affordable pricing. Most special was the excellent staff. Look forward to visiting again.

Location best, atmosphere best, rooms best, clean rooms, some noise accured by rain fall on selter and guest need some more hot water otherwise all good

A good hotel - clean rooms, good service, food taste was good in the restaurant, polite staff. The compliment breakfast was very good too. One suggestion: can include some local Kerala food items in the menu - pazham pori/ puttu kadalai, etc. Overall a pleasant stay for us, we stayed for 3 days.
