Das Hotel hat natürlich nichts mit den Viceroy Hotels in der Karibik genein, aber dennoch ist es aktuell eine top Empfehlung, weil es relativ neu ist . In 4-5 Jahren mag das, wie in Indien leider oft zu sehen, anders sein. Da es wohl gerade erst eröffnet hat ist der Pool un das Gym noch im Bau, aber er hat da dafür sehr gute Zimmer und das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist überall super freundlich. 2 Punkte sind aber zu kritisieren; Ich konnte das Zimmer mit meinen Kreditkarten (Master und auch Visa) nicht bezahlen. Das Problem liegt an der Bank des Hotels, ich hatte zuvor noch damit an der Tankstelle in Cochin bezahlt. Ich musste daher das Zimmer in Bar bezahlen, also bitte vorbereitet sein. Ich trinke gerne zum Abendessen ein Bierchen, leider hat das Hotel keine Lizenz für Alkohol. Selbst mitgebrachtes Bier kann *** aber im Garten oder auf dem Zimmern verzehren - für den der nicht darauf verzichten mag. Der Fahrer kann es in einem nahegelegenen Wineshop besorgen.

It was a pleasure stay. The hospitality was very nice and the staff are very polite.The Location is so peaceful between the nature.

The initial impression was good. Altough a small hotel but in first look only we realised it should not be more than 3 star hotel. Rooms were decent in appearance. But require maintenance. The shower was broken in our room. It is a very small hotel with just 143-14 rooms and a few cottages. The hotel is out of munnar city and its roughly 16-17 kms from the main city. We stayed there for 2 days. The first day was ok. The atmosphere was good. The breakfast was pathetic. Altough it was from 7.30 to 10, the restaurant manager came to us at 9.40 and said that the breakfast would close in 10 mins. We went for sight seeing and when we cane back the guard would not let us enter and said that no card were allowed inside. We told them that the driver would drop us inside and will immediately come out but he didnt agree. The main entrance was 200 meters away and we had shopping bags. The approach to main entrance was also narrow and with steep ups and downs. Finally after 10 mins of standing outside, we had to call the manager and request him and after that only they let our car inside. Since there was no option or any restaurant nearby we had to again eat pathetic dinner which we left half uneaten. The next day morning we had a flight from kochi which is something like 4 hours from munnar. We reached for the breakfast exactly at 7.30 am. We could not find anything to eat there as they had not started laying the table. I reconfirmed with a waiter about the start timing of breakfast and he told us its 7.30 to 7.45 We thought we would wait for another 15 mins. But we were surprised to see that even at 8 most of the bowls were empty. Since we had a flight we started the breakfast. There was a mislabeling in dishes and ine non vegetarian dish (egg curry) was placed in place of poha payasam. The live counter was not started even at 8.30 when we left. We felt there was only one chef managing the whole show. Extremely disappointing experience and a highly negative feedback. Would not recommend this hotel.

Location was on spot, not so inside but in a lush green area Atmosphere was top notch, guests were treated with utmost respect Rooms were huge and hygienic and the view from the room (401) was breathtaking Cleanliness was taken care of as every nook and corner was clean Noise level was so low as the place is very quiet Amenities were high class and 5-star

Satisfied with their service, and it gave us a pleasant feel for the day we stayed over there.

Excellent ambience and perfect getaway for relaxation, surrounded by greenery. Service is great.

Rooms are good but service is very poor , restaurant service is slow you give order and wait for at least 1.5 hours even for breads, if you want to have dinner at 8 give them order at 6 or before else you will not get food because they close kitchen at 10:00 and will not take any order after 9:00pm

The rooms were good and the location was good too. The pool was a nice experience.
