It was a good stay and location was so good. But food is not good. They are not giving proper food for the money they are charging.

Actually the place was good ambience was great we had issue in water supply the main water pipe got blocked and we had difficulties in using bathroom doors are bad the locks are not working. Other than these issues everything was fine

Excellent Location Scenic lush green campus but Rooms with Bad odour , Broken power sockets , TV that won't have Cable or valid DTH , No Drinking water , About Food we have to order atleast 2 hour before .. Below average good quality.. complementary breakfast is just 3 dosa or 3 Oppam per head .. we booked two rooms found bed bugs , Mosquitos etc don't book just seeing the images

These people are crooks. I sent an advance payment to a phone number they sent me through *********** but they now claim that they have nothing to do with that number. Whereas Google Pay confirms that the number is indeed theirs ! Even now if I make a test booking through any travel website, the same telephone number is given! They have stopped taking my calls or responding to emails.

Rooms were not proper. Bathroom doors locks were not in working condition. Even after paying for room including breakfast, the breakfast was not enough and felt like it was ordered from outside as quantity was less whereas they claimed it to have prepared in their restraunt.

Though it is named as resort but you will not get anything apart from room and breakfast. Breakfast was good, they served fresh hot puri and aloo curry, break, tea/coffee. Property has view point you can enjoy sunrise if you wake up in morning. Room was average. Caretaker was good, as property is in jungle so be careful with insects. Overall good experience.

The hotel is out from the town a very calm and peaceful stay. You can see hill and cloud behind the hotel from the tower inside it through kerala and tamilnadu border. Overall memorable places for couples stay

The place of the resort is little far from thekkady town but really located in a wonderful view point. Enjoyed the view

Hotel is okay but best thing is support staff and manager is very great person and helpful.

Green ark resort, pleasant to stay and place was very peace. Resort back side waterfall view so good, atmosphere was very neat and caretaker was friendly and polite. No that's it sir. Worth to stay

Located bit interior, food was prepared by the staff, room was clean, there was no street light so can't go out at night.
