Pleasant stay at vivaant ,we love the place and the atmosphere ,staff was very good and very polite, food was best we enjoy a lot at swimming pool we love the location it was easliy accessible must recommend to the family the reason to write the review is location, food and hospitality.

The worst of the worstest service ever. So pathetic and annoying management is 🙏🙏🙏 I had booked this resort for my daughter's wedding and we were totally disappointed with the management and service provided. They just looted our money in lakhs and provided services in penny. The management and event planner was so arrogant and rude, making last minute changes to location, decorations and nothing was done as promised or mutually agreed. My daughter was totally into tears looking at the decoration as nothing was done as we had agreed . They had already taken money from us for everything and nothing was pending to be settled. Now we have been calling them to discuss on the discrepancies that has happened but none of them is responding to our calls or messages. They have blocked us from everywhere. The management clearly lacks in professionalism. Such a worst management this is, I kindly request you all to please think twice before choosing this resort for any stay , weddings , events etc.

Very bad experience, the staff was not friendly, there were mice droppings in cupboard, the bedsheets were unclean and had stains, there was no water to shower, even after bedsheets were changed the changed bedsheets were also stained, it is very overpriced and hossible

My friend recommended about me this resort has this location is located at the main Highway is it is very easily accessible the location is surrounding with all the good nature and good views on it is very good experience

Staff was very humble and Willie polite we will definitely recommend this hotel to all the family as who travels across Nashik and igatpuri the reason to recommend is the hospitality and food will visit again
