We had Red Level VIP Room. I cannot say enough about the view from the hotel. Exceptional. We were celebrating our anniversary and my husband’s birthday. The hotel sent champagne for anniversary and cake for birthday. They had several touches such as cards welcoming us and thanking us for our stay that are unique and wonderful about the hotel. The location is worth every penny of the price. However there is a problem with the hotel as far as service. We had several waiters that were beyond wonderful Ever in the restaurant bar was exceptional. Miguel the bellhop helped with any and all. There were others that we didn’t get names that were excellent. But there were a few that were horrible. They seemed offended by a question or a request. The fellow that did our check-in for red level was truly awful and unapproachable with questions, contrary to our check out where the gentleman was gracious and wonderful. But unique to this hotel is the contrast between workers. They are either a 10 or a 1. It seems more attention should be given to this matter. Their was a Parrilada. It was my husbands birthday and we counted on that for dinner. When we went to ask they said that you had to reserve and that 2 days prior there was no room. We’ll someone should have let us know that for this event you needed reservations. Not only did the woman say that but she was extremely rude when telling us this as if we should know better. We looked outside and there were 4 tables of people not the 30
