Great place

Well, I am still at this hotel after extending my stay by four more days. I originally booked two days to figure out the hotel. For the price, it is a complete bargain. I would have given a four star rating, but due to the poor quality of the food, I am giving a three star rating. Below are my conclusions: Location: 9/10 Service: 9/10 Value for money: 9/10 Cleaning:9/10 Food: 3/10- lack of variety, too much pepper, expensive. Overall, good hotel and service, with lovely and polite staff. Hotel is just lacking in small details like loose curtains and spots on bed sheets. I will stay again

Property could use an upgrade. The reception looks good but rooms are old and outdated. Carpeting in corridors look 20years old. For a hotel if that size and for how much they charge one would expect more. Good thing is that its conveniently located. You have everything youll need in the mall.

This is my 2nd stay....very convenient and in a good location.

I was scammed paid for all inclusive and that covers amenities only and breakfast so I paid extra for breakfast that was already included. Room had roaches and the power went out a few times had to switch rooms. Hotel was being renovated while I was there as well. Food is expensive. Staff was polite overall

Most people were friendly but the hotel was not as advertised menu items never available and the hotel is run down and dirty
