Room has not have intercom to call on reception or services, parking charges apply after 9am which wasn’t clear when booking room, kettle was not working,no glass given for water, light was broken.

房間不舒服，又冷又吵。工作人員不合作，因此我再也不會使用這家酒店，我想將此事升級為進一步的管理人員回覆我。我們整晚都無法入睡，我們預訂了這個房間以延遲退房，但由於工作人員的不專業和無助的態度，我們提前離開了。我從不向任何人推薦這個。

嚴峻！房間很髒，地毯上有很多污漬。椅子上有一些非常令人不安的污漬。一樓的臥室有一個巨大的窗戶，直接指向收割機酒吧，所以隱私為零。我睡覺時把兩張椅子都靠在門上，並在會議當天的合理時間內盡快退房。不過，工作人員很可愛。

i stay in ilford and sharon tihs hotel staff very nice. And this hotel is very clean. i want this hotel again and again. this hotel staff very polite ans cooperative. And the special thing is very quite no noise

If you are looking for a good night sleep without a morning wake up call avoid, the hotel has a gum below that opens at 6am and constant stream of noise and the building shakes when weights etc are dropped, a lift was out of order, parking is included from 5pm - 9am which does not match up with check in time not worth the price they charge

Brilliant service by Ashif is very nice must be promoted! When I moved inn I asked quiet room also asked later to buy internet and got great respond. He been asked how is my trip and been very helpful aswell as this room was really nice and calm atmosphere and everything was sorted quick for me. Like 5 start hotel.
