Pésimo hotel. Lejísimosdelcentro. El personal es grosero y te grita aunque parezca increíble, no hay Internet en habitaciones. El tv no sirve. La comida regular y si te paras a serviste algo, te recogen el puesto, en fin.... nunca vayas

Where to start?? This hotel is probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. On arrival, our room was shocking. Twin bedroom had a very strong smell of smoke, was tiny, walls badly marked and bathroom dirty. Bed linen was clean, but the bedspread on top was old and featured many cigarette burns. No shower screen and shower curtain was not big enough. I managed after some discussion to arrange a room swap. 2nd room was marginally better however the bathroom was very dirty. The shower screen was rusty, and the tiles were terribly marked. The bottom of the bathroom door displayed water damage. The wall fixed hairdryer would not blow out a candle, never mind dry hair. No kettle. The safe was not secured to the furniture!! Rooms were serviced daily, but all this entailed was 1 bin being emptied and towels changed. We were here for 1 week!! The food in this hotel is quite frankly awful. Cold, bland, and repetitive. There is no toaster at breakfast and rude, unhelpful staff. Despite having dinner included, we were forced to eat out every night at additional expense. Cockroaches are common sight in this establishment! The bar closes randomly even when filled with customers. Despite no smoking signs across the hotel, people disregard these and smoke freely. All our clothes were polluted by this smell. One member of staff who tried his very best to assist us was Ermin. He was the only member of staff who looked to be helpful and friendly. I would not recommend this hotel.
