踩雷！房價不低，整個80年代國有招待所即視感。裝修脱落，廁所漏水，空調不工作，wifi覆蓋差。服務也是整個巴爾幹遇到最差的，一句we can do nothing了事。住了一夜馬上逃離……

Das übelste Hotel in dem ich je war ,das Zimmer war muffig ,das Bad verschimmelt, der Boden ständig irgendwoher nass .Der Pool war sowas von schmutzig und hat gestunken. Die Bademäntel hatten noch Taschentücher von dem Benutzer davor.Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe.

I travel a lot and i have stayed in many hotels during my lifetime. I rarely write reviews only if i really like something special but i had to write this time because this hotel is a disgrace. I mean when i say i will never put my foot in this hotel again it was like a horror movie. First of all this hotel is nothing near 4 star hotel i would consider it like a 1 star. Second its way too expensive for this sh hotel that doesnt have the standard. The bathroom was disgusting and leaked. It was so dirty and i dont even think they vacuum their god knows old carpet in the room. The bed felt moist and i get just mad when i think about it. I would understand the standard if i payed 20-30 euros per night but when you pay 90 euro per night you should defintly get high standard. The breakfast was a joke, 7-9 and everything got finish and they the staff doesnt seem to wanna work they at all. Lazy and rude staff. They promise us to late check out, instead of checking out 11 we wanted 12 they said it was okay but the day of chech out the staff called 11:00 sharp and yelled why we havent came down to check out. My husband said several times that we got promised later check out and they wanted money for that.

Heating not working properly in the room, shower and sinl leaking in the floor of the bathroom. Breakfast should be avoided both because the dishes are not washed properly and because of the kitchen seemed dirty and messy. Spa facilities badly maintained, with mold on some chairs in the spa. Caught a cold after 5 days on the hotel, will never book a room here again.
